Cameron and Natalie were 110% amazing! Great people. People friendly. I felt and thought that they actually cared about me and my eyes. Dr. Chen, on the other hand was a little short with me. However, maybe that's his personality. I also have to cut slack as he's seeing how many people in a day. One thing is this, burn out is all to common and perhaps Dr. Chen had a 'burn out day?' Let's give him the benefit of the doubt as he was very thorough. All in all it was a great experience. One last comment. They dilated my eyes so when I went outside I couldn't see anything! Someone gave me a sunglasses slip cover like thing that I wore behind my glasses. That helped but folks should be warned BEFORE HAND if they are going to have their eyes dilated. What a great team!

Promptly, the assistant took me through the visual screening and the routine questions. Dr. Chen arrived soon after and completed the examination with his usual professionalism. His unhurried approach allows us to ask questions freely. I was done by 9 am.
