I had an outstanding experience at MIRAMAR EYE Specialist Medical Group and felt truly taken care of from the moment I walked in. Carol at the front desk deserves special recognition--she was incredibly professional, welcoming, and efficient. You can tell she's the one who keeps the office running smoothly. She strikes a perfect balance between professionalism and warmth, making every patient feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Chiha performed my eye exam and helped me get fitted for contact lenses for the first time. Her expertise and thorough explanations made the whole experience not only easy to understand but genuinely educational. I walked out feeling confident and much more knowledgeable about my eye health and vision needs. A big thank-you also to Dan in optical, who was extremely patient and helpful during my contact lens training. As a first-time user, I had a lot to learn, but he took the time to walk me through everything step-by-step. The office itself is beautiful--clean, modern, and welcoming--with a friendly and professional atmosphere throughout. I highly recommend Miramar Eye to anyone looking for top-notch eye care. The staff here truly go above and beyond!

My son's eye doctor is amazing, she's so incredible patient and kind. Unfortunately, there always seems to be an issue when I call in. I'm constantly replacing my son's eye glasses due to him being so young. I called to request his prescription and the woman who answered (Kiara I believe ) was so rude. Told me there was no way of me getting the prescription unless I picked it up, I explained my work schedule being an issue at this time and she said "getting mad at me won't help, I don't make the rules" she was quite rude until I requested it be escalated at which point there was suddenly a way for me to get his prescription as long as I paid $15 and stated it would "take a while because the office is so busy". I'm just trying to buy my 5 year old new glasses, it should not be so difficult.

My husband and I are patients of Dr Bekerman who is an amazing Ophthalmologist. Carol at the front desk always make you feel very welcome each time you enter the office. She greets you with an pleasant personality. I like to commend her on the excellent customer service and professionalism..

Amazing Drs and staff in the Westlake office. Dr. Hedaya saved my husbands life. We thought he was having a detached retina, but Dr. Hedaya said it was actually a stroke and sent my husband to the ER right away. Something catastrophic could've happened if Dr. Hedaya had not caught what happened to my husband. Thank God for Dr Hedaya. This is where we will always go for our eye care needs.
