Although I've had an optometrist for years, I now live too far and had to find an office closer to home. Went in for a quick eye exam. I had an appointment and was seen right away.
The doctor was thorough, made some recommendations, and was not overbearing when I declined.
The staff were very helpful in helping me navigate what was and was not covered with my health insurance.
All in all a great experience. I plan on bringing in the whole family for their check ups soon.

All of the staff are caring and professional. Their patience with our daughter has been incredible; She is getting contacts for the first time and they spent so much time sitting with her and teaching her how to put them in.

I have been seen by Dr. Henteleff for many years. He's always great. My only criticism this last visit pertained to the office. I was repeatedly reminded via text to arrive 15 minutes early for my 2 pm appointment. I did, only to find the office closed with a sign indicating they would reopen at 2 pm. That's a waste of my time. Arriving early shouldn't have been necessary anyway, given that I completed the patient questionnaire online. All good other than that.
