Horrible and disrespectful! My husband sat there for 3 HOURS today! YES, 3 hours and then got up and left! Excuses because of new computer system, short handed. NO! NOT ACCEPTABLE on any measure of the imagination. The last time he waited 2 hours! We pay to have an assistant go with him and so we are out the money for her too and still no doctor saw him.

Had a successfull eye surgery and paid $2,000 up front. They said it was my portion of the bill. 1 years later they are saying I owe $500.00. Very creepy people. Especially their front desk person. Make sure you have everything in writing.
