Took me in on an emergency and got excellent care. The Dr and the office team got me in and left with a prescription sent to my pharmacy for my needs. They went above and beyond to help me when I really needed it. So very appreciative of Feather River Eye Care!

Wife made appointment 2 weeks ago for possibe detacted retna. Get there early and after 45 mins had to leave without being seen. Had others come in after she got there and they were seen. No reason given just a shoulder shrug. Call to speak with someone and only can get the scheduling center people. Horrible.
Now to get a generic answer tells me what I needed to know. Looks like they have starting taking medical and that is what they care about now not thier older patients just run the new ones in and out.

My experience with Fether River Eye Center was exceptional everyone in the office was very kind and courteous from the front desk to the doctor. When I ask questions, everything was explained so I could understand. I feel that Feather River Eye Center was a very pleasant experience. It was one of the best eyecare doctors that I have been to. If there is any star less than 1 i will surely give them for their appointments and taking patients.. i have appointment for 3.25 and i came 10 minutes early i have been seen after hour they should do more work on their staff working for schedules very bad experience..
