Dr. Nicole Ramos is absolutely exceptional. Getting the correct prescription for a 10-year-old's very first pair of glasses can be a complicated process, and she handled it with incredible expertise, patience, and care. From the very beginning, Dr. Ramos recognized that my son's situation might require a more thoughtful approach than a standard exam. She realized the need for follow-up appointments in advance to carefully monitor how his eyes responded to the initial prescription. After wearing his glasses for several weeks, we discovered that while his vision had improved, reading and focusing up close was still difficult because the muscles in his eyes had been working overtime for so long. Rather than rushing the process, Dr. Ramos methodically worked through the challenge with us. Over the course of three appointments and nearly 60 days, she carefully evaluated his progress, and ultimately had his lenses remade to include a bifocal line for reading. Throughout the entire process, the follow-ups were already planned and handled with genuine care -- all at no additional cost -- simply to make sure my son received the most accurate prescription possible. That level of dedication truly stood out. Today my son is dialed in perfectly, and I'm completely confident he's seeing as well as he possibly can. As a parent, it's incredibly reassuring to know that he can focus in school without an unnecessary obstacle in front of him. I also want to give a special shout-out to the entire Clarity Eye Associates team at Costco in Arvada. The office is welcoming, organized, and extremely professional. Ilene in particular goes above and beyond to make every visit a great experience -- from friendly reminders about upcoming appointments to the small but meaningful touches, like making sure we knew we could grab the water bottle we accidentally left behind. Dr. Ramos and the Clarity team genuinely care about their patients, and it shows in every interaction. If you're looking for an eye doctor who combines expertise, patience, and a true commitment to getting things right, I cannot recommend Dr. Nicole Ramos highly enough!
