ABBA Eye Care - Academy

I absolutely LOVE & ADORE coming to ABBA off N. Academy!!! Everyone in there is so kind, caring, and I love how personable all of them are! Elizabeth & Ryan/Rian (I'm so sorry if I don't spell y'all's names correct) are SO DANG SWEET!! Dr. Ray is wonderful and detailed with his job. 100/10 recommend coming to this location specifically. I left my old eye care facility last year due to poor treatment as well as them giving me the wrong prescription multiple times. NO WORRIES AT THIS FACILITY!! They have taken care of my yea better than my last place of 20 years. Thank you all so much! Y'all make the difference!!

I had my eyes checked there and got the glasses there but im an OTR trucker so I was on the road right after , well I had called them and let them know that I was having trouble with them but I never got a call back , I had my eyes checked on the road and the original prescription that abba gave me were to strong I take them In to them right before the year was up from when I had picked them up I paid for new sunglass lenses in a different pair of frames but they wont warranty the original set of lenses when there the ones that got the prescription wrong they told me my eyes must have gotten better , I looked it up and far sightedness or near sightedness can not heal its self. They want to charge me almost what I paid for the frames and lenses when it was there fault they got the lenses wrong , i would not go to this place again , I mean I know I was on the road but you would figure that they could at least split the difference , especially since it was them that got it wrong in the first place. , not a gd place I would not recommend this place !!!!!!

My first time going there and everyone was so nice and friendly. They were so helpful and the lady ( i forgot her name) that helped me pick the right frames did an excellent job. I might just keep ABBA Eye Care as my main place to go. for everyone and for everyone.

I'm really annoyed by "Brenda" Their automated system that has called me once a day everyday for the last two weeks. I even opted out of text messages but still I'm getting calls. I've asked they remove me from their call list since I moved out of state but no one is competent enough in their main office to do so. When I went there they were over priced as well and way behind on scheduling. I waited for an hour and a half to be seen even though I had an appt slot....just a heads up in case you feel like being a customer....you'll be bombarded with phone calls even after you ask to be removed from the list multiple times. I've lived in Texas for the last 8 months....I wish I could be removed from the call list

Wonderful! Dr. Ray is straightforward and kind and the staff is amazing! I didn't know about a warranty I had and they helped me get a new pair of glasses when mine got scratched. Dr. Ray has been excellent. He doesn't mind explaining things just a little bit more so you understand.

The staff is amazing! They helped me pick out frames they helped me get them ordered! I got my glasses pretty quickly after! I love my new glasses! Keep up the awesome work! I would highly recommend ABBA Eye Care!

Dr. Ray took me on as a emergency appointment and made me feel at ease. His bedside manners were the best I have ever experienced. I truly appreciate the kindness and the care he took. The rest of the team were kind and considerate, all around the best care I have received!

Every employee at this particular ABBA were professional and informative. Every member worked together as a team. The atmosphere was fun to be around. I left there feeling wonderful from the services and the time that were given to me!
