The doctor went to fast my daughter had no opportunity to answer his questions before he moved on to the next and by the end of the visit he was telling us her vision was significantly worse form our last visit and honestly I feel like it was because he didn't give her a chance to answer his questions he works with kids he should have patience and if he doesn't he should choose another age group to treat the office staff was good

Was set up to have my kiddos first appointment here and was misinformed about the time I needed to be there. Was told by scheduling staff to arrive by 8:45 for a 9:00 a.m. appointment. Doors were locked and as I saw Staff walking in I politely asked about the time that they were open and that I was informed to be there 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. This staff member was rude and told me they open at 9:00 while she was closing the door behind her. I was going to sit and wait for the 9:00 a.m. appointment but instead shows to leave. I do not need my children being cared for by rude staff. Do better!
