Dr. Jessica Lewis is an extremely good eye doctor--hardworking, kind, and highly intelligent. I have been wearing glasses since 2010 and have had many eye exams over the years, but she truly stands out. Both my recent eye exam and the follow-up visit I had two days ago were excellent. She was thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which gave me a lot of confidence in the results. While my experience with the staff was mixed, the doctor herself was exceptional--very nice, knowledgeable, and professional. I truly appreciate the care Dr. Lewis provided and would highly recommend her.

Love this place. So courteous and knowledgeable. GREAT PRICES for quality Eyewear. They do a phenomenal job in customer service and I have never had any issues with my frames or lenses. Highly recommend them.

Absolute worst customer service I've ever received. Not just once but 2 years in a row. 3 hour wait time with no apology, blamed me for it since I agreed to a virtual visit and unbeknownst to me " those always have a longer wait" Order was still not in 2 weeks later and they had no idea why, would " research " and call me back. No call. Was informed this morning they were shipped on the exact day they " researched". When I asked why I was not called or informed, I was hung up on after a snarky " have a nice day". Last year's experience was for different reasons, but met with the same rudeness. It also feels very tense in there, no personality and pressure to upsale is evident. Never again.

I was obviously on the phone and I walked in and then they Completely ignored the fact that I was on the phone. When I went to get my glasses, the nose pieces were a little bit crooked, and I asked them to address them and they made it worse.

Zay, Dr. Castro, and the sweet Lady with the boots (I didn't catch her name!!!) were all phenomenal. I was in and out, no crazy pressure to purchase all the bells and whistles. I've been coming here for nearly 20 years and this staff is the best they've ever had. Thank you!

Horrible switch and bait. I would have gone elsewhere if I knew glasses would be almost $300. Cheap frames I could buy on amazon for like $5. I selected a $99 frame and one less. One was literally plastic and clear pink. The other plastic and clear brown. $65 for tint and was told it was $16 for the 2nd smh. Hundreds of complaints about this scam And predatory behavior. I had a budget. And they don't even do same day. It takes weeks! I hate this company. Please skip to the bad reviews and nationwide BBB complaints. Reviews are full of bot/fake comments. It's a multimillion dollar service that business, influencers, actors,and entertainers can use now to sway and manipulate public opinion. Just go elsewhere with ethical and transparent cost so you're not ambused at checkout like I was. And glasses aren't even made on site for the cost or a reasonable turn around. Update: they know which location I visited, I'm literally reviewing it. They manage their reviews because they literally asked me to leave one so they can quote "show the othee locations who talk down" .

The first visit was great very helpful and friendly staff however the contact trial pair of contacts was not in stock so 1 week wait for that then I was told my glasses would take two weeks, not ideal but not a lot to do about it. Then a week after my first visit A family emergency occurred in Hawaii I contacted the facility to see if I could arrange to have my glasses sent me in Hawaii but no they can't mail "overseas". Ok so I have to make other arrangements. I wait two weeks and one day I call only to be told that only one pair of glasses are in I asked why the person I talked to was very not helpful she said sometimes different labs are used I asked if they could track where my glasses might be I was told no I just need to be patient, maybe Monday. I feel like it's nothing to them for me to be without a way to see I know the unfortunate circumstance can't be changed but I would have appreciated the person I talked to giving a little more understanding!! Just saying a little kindness goes along way!

Staff are very friendly, greet you when you enter, and attentive to making sure your glasses fit just right. Tina is funny, friendly, and wants to make sure you are very satisfied with service!!! Update: May 2023 Always have a great experience when I come in here to get my glasses adjusted. Zai helped us and he was super outgoing and it was quick and efficient! Update November 2023: This site continues to be so nice when you come in to get your glasses adjusted! Great customer service!
