Vanessa did a great job helping us. She was extremely patient while I asked a lot of questions about how much insurance would help pay. She took her time to make sure all measurements were correct and had a co worker double check. We had a great experience with Venessa and America's Best. Wexwere also informed about a virtual exam with the Dr it caught us off guard but it went very well and we had no problems with it. The rest of the staff was also great to work with. Thank you all.

We've taken several family members here and every experience has been amazing. The staff are always helpful and knowledgeable. If needed, glasses have come in quickly. Charlie always sets everyone at ease with the initial checks and explains everything perfectly. The doctor is quick, explains everything well and found an underlying medical issue I wasn't aware of. We will be returning next time we need annual eye exams and new glasses.

Aaron was absolutely amazing. He helped me look for a specific glasses and a specific color. He fixed my glasses that my dog chewed the Amazon. He made the experience absolutely wonderful. So friendly and kind. The store is absolutely beautiful. I did not know there was one on Barnes and it's just a mile away from my house which absolutely excites me. The manager was wonderful and kind and helpful

Marissa was patient and professional, I had my exam done at another clinic and she was kind enough to wait as they faxed it over. She gave me help tips on getting a good deal. I truly appreciate her honesty and her customer service!

I had a phenomenal experience when I went in. Very friendly staff and super fast. The front desk person, I didn't get their name was super nice. Nicholi was my first tech and was super nice through the little exams. Virtual visit for an eye exam was a bit odd but Charlie was inviting and answered all my questions and chatted while we waited. Ashanti helped me get everything super far and was friendly. Thank you!!

I didn't end up purchasing any glasses during my visit to America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses, but I still had such a great experience! Everyone there was friendly, professional, and made me feel genuinely welcome from start to finish. A special shoutout to Joselyn -- she was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. Even though I didn't make a purchase, she still took the time to answer my questions and made sure I had all the information I needed. It's rare to find that level of customer care these days! The whole team's positive attitude and great energy really stood out. I'll definitely be coming back when I'm ready to buy glasses, just because of how wonderful everyone was.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful! When I picked up my glasses, I mentioned it was my first pair and they informed me to start fresh in the morning and made sure everything fit right before I left. At my initial appointment and pick up, everyone told me to come back in for any adjustments needed and to call with any questions. And they were complimentary of my glasses which helped with my newbie anxiety.

Oh man. So I came for the 2 for 90. The eye doctor was actually awesome but this is the last time I'm using this brand for getting actual glasses. Also, these guys forgot to give me a pair that I bought for my wife and it's been THREE months. No calls. Nothing. We are going to try to grab them tomorrow and I'll update my review if they give us the pair we paid for. However, I'm not removing this. I am not thrilled about the quality of the glasses for the cost. They're crooked, uncomfortable and the lens are weak. My eyes are constantly exhausted. Also as a side note - to get any actual fittings for the lens you need, you're paying HUNDREDS of dollars more. Blue light? 100 minimum. Astigmatism adjustment? 200 minimum. I am just using Zenni for now on for my next pair and if you got your prescription you should too.
