Loved the staff and provider. Optical...not so much. Felt like upselling was her only goal. Even after I told her I couldn't afford that much. She kept insisting that I had to have certain high cost options. Never once offering an alternative. Just pushing me to spend what I didn't have. No, she wasn't busy I was the only person there. Very frustrating.

Dr. Ryan Bauer was very pleasant and worked hard to try to find contacts that would work for me. Unfortunately, my eyes couldn't adjust. My issue is that when I asked for my prescription for glasses I would have to pay an additional $20 to get the PD measurement - because I wasn't getting the glasses at their office. Very disappointing.
