This was such a nice eye center for children. They did so well with my son. I was worried as he's so young but they treated him well and had a lot of experience with children. They had a lot of patience which I loved. He has been doing so well with his glasses now and they have a good selection on glasses and they are so durable too which I love! I got two pairs for my son for back ups in case he breaks one. When my son broke his glasses they were so helpful and got it taken care of. He also ripped the nose piece for his classes and they fixed it right there! I will definitely be bringing the rest of my children here.

We really liked the two drs my kids saw here, however the wait times are crazy. We waited 90+ minutes for appointments. And that does not include the appointment itself and the wait time after dialating to see dr. Last time we spent 3-1/2 horus total for one child's eye exam. That is just too much. I would call over and over and no answer to phone calls. I finally scheduled an appt somewhere else because I could not even get someone on the phone to schedule an appointment after calling 3 days in a row.
I will say the optical side is friendly and really helpful.

I would not trust this place if I were you. It seems to be a place that's focused on billing insurance for the most amount of money and doing as many procedures as possible to earn the most amount of money they can.
We even declined a full eye exam as we weren't there for any vision related things, but against our wishes and demands Dr. Lee decided to perform a full eye exam anyway, which is against the contract we signed, against our rights and terrible practice for any kind of doctor.

Absolutely nightmare. Every time we have an appointment they are never in time. Expect to be waiting for minimum of 20 minutes and up after check in just to be taken back. This last time our appointment was at 9:20 and it was 10 am before we were taken back. No respect for clients time and complete mess in the waiting room

We have been going here since at least 2017. My son needed to be seen by a pediatric ophthalmologist to watch for potential retinal disorders. Now both kids are in glasses and come annually for checkups and new glasses. Always a good experience. Sometimes the appointments can be very long due the extra diagnostics and getting both kids seen at the same time. But Dr. Lee is always thorough but quick and professional. The glasses shop is great. The staff is nice, knowledgeable and patient and very good with handling insurance. Having gone to an eye doctor since I was a child, I know what I want out of this experience and I am always content with this clinic.

In our very understaffed and under caring world it's really nice to go to a doctor clinic that cares. We were welcomed in. My son is autistic and they were very understanding and accommodating of his specific needs. The staff and doctor all went out of their way to verbally and visually explain everything to him. They even explained the different tools they were using as he was asking about everything. Even though they had plenty of patients they took the time to make him feel comfortable and cared for. I very much appreciate their professionalism and care for my special needs kiddo. He came out with glasses that are built tough for a tough kid and we couldn't be happier. Thank you for your caring staff and a very positive experience.

They will only see 2 of my children! I called to schedule an appointment for my 3 five year olds but was told they couldn't see them back to back that they could only see the 2 they've been seeing for 5 years and I'd have to take my other 5 year old on a different day. I live 2.5 hours from Colorado Springs and I explained that to Madison but she still told me it couldn't be done. My one son is autistic and needs to see an eye doctor and my other 2 have been seeing doctor Lee since they were weeks old. Vet disappointed that they do not accommodate parents who have to travel to appointments
