The young man that walked me in and did my initial testing was very tall and very kind it was nice to find out he came from Northeast Colorado where I used to teach high School out there too. He was very courteous and helpful. The young lady doctor is very sweet and listen to me and told me everything was fine just as I thought only the one I needed a little help in the future. Thank you so much for the wonderful treatment the receptionist was also very good and waited for me to find my insurance card while I was seated and then walked over and took it from me put it in the system My overall opinion is I really enjoyed my visit it was short and to the point with some kind words along the way

Saying Dr. Emerson is wonderful is an understatement. He was the on call doctor for Colorado Eye Institute today. At 4 something am I left a message not expecting a call back period. My partner woke up with severe eye pain and saw metal had ended up in his pupil. Dr. Emerson not only called back within 5 minutes. He met us at the office at 8 am sharp on a Sunday in order to give him the help he needed. Never in my life have I had an on call doc anywhere go so above and beyond. His bedside manner is wonderful. He is kind and professional. We are so thankful he was the on call Doc. Last time this happened the ER made it worse it turned it a days long ordeal. We were sent here and the doctors were great then to. Dr. Emerson showed up on a day the office was not even open to help us with our emergency. Kindness is free and he offers it in spades! Thanks to him my partner is home and now resting and much much more comfortable! Hes saved us waiting untill normal operating hours on Monday. Thank you again!

My husband and I had our annual eye exam with Dr. Kendall yesterday 12/18/25 at the North offices. We both love the professional and compassionate care he provides! He is truly top notch in his specialty and a compassionate man. Sadly UCH has dropped our Medicare insurance, Devoted, for 2026. We hope they pick it back up in 2027. This was my first time meeting Dr Kendra Weiler. She is one of the few doctors I've had in my 77 years to actually want to get know who I am as a person, not just a patient. She provided a very detailed and professional eye examination and explained what and why she was doing during the examination. Not only a great eye doctor but an exceptional person. Highly recommend!!

Very professional, extremely efficient from front desk, to the Doctor it just was flawless. However by looking at the attached photo its obvious they should look for a better location, kind of embarrassing

Without bothering to tell me when I checked-in that Dr. Becker was running way behind schedule, I was made to sit in the reception area for nearly an hour with my eyes dilated. In total, a visit that should have taken an hour, took two hours. I can understand when a doctor has an emergency but that needs to be communicated to a patient so the patient can decide if he/she wishes to wait that long and wishes to reschedule. This is not the first time I have experienced a lack of communication from this office. Last year my previous doctor left the practice and I was not informed until I checked-in for my appointment. I will no longer visit this practice which needs some serious re-evaluation as to concern for their patients.

Everyone was very kind from start to finish. Aaliyah was very well mannered her and the doctor took the time to care about my concerns. I would give this place a 10/10. Thank you!

Dr Beckeris wonderful! Very thorough with exams and communication of what's happening with your eyes. Has great assistants in the office. Everyone is friendly and helpful.
