I had an eye exam on 1/2/26, and overall I am pleased with my experience. The Optometrist was very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. However, the person behind the desk was not very friendly. She was dismissive, and it seemed to me that I was an annoyance to her.

I will not be returning to this location for future eye exams. Dr. Carroll was short, rude and insensitive when I had questions about headaches, nausea and blurriness. He could not explain my new prescription in simple terms, even when I asked him to explain again what he meant. He was irritable and cranky with his job when I was expecting to be treated well during my eye exam. I was given quite a bit of attitude for buying glasses online (although many people do) and told I needed my pupillary distance measured to ensure my glasses weren't making me nauseous. When I asked if he could measure mine he flat out said no. When I asked if they would measure mine if I bought glasses from them he said yes, so at that I asked if they'd give me that measurement or if it would be on my prescription or written somewhere and he said no, that they would not allow me to know what my pupillary measurements were... I paid for my bare-minimum eye exam performed by Ebenezer Scrooge and decided I won't be back. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Very thorough and consistent. I've been going to target optical for over 15 years, including the one in North Scottsdale Arizona, where I used to live. Great customer service and doctors are very compassionate.

Nice people, knowledgeable and helpful. I went in for an eye exam and possibly new glasses with an updated prescription. The optometrist found that I didn't need new glasses, I needed to improve my eye care habits while working at the computer. The front staff were efficient and friendly. The location had a good selection of frames, too.

Very patient and great with my 9 year old son! Definitely will be back :)

Dr. LeCarrell was great. She was really nice and empathetic. She listened to my needs and the reasons why I made an appointment. The office staff was really friendly and informative. As soon as I got to the office I was greeted and treated with great customer service. I will continue to use CV Eyecare at Target.

Appointment was very professional and efficient. Check in was quick and my appointment started on time and I never felt rushed. The doctor explained everything he was doing and answered all my questions. The checkout process was smooth and by the time I got home that evening I received a shipping notification that my contacts were on the way to my home. Overall an excellent experience.
