Dr. Erik Anderson and his team are just great. They are very professional, highly skilled and caring. Dr. Anderson recently conducted cataract surgery for me on both eyes. Needless to say, I had a bit of anxiety, but he very patiently answered all of my questions and quickly put me at ease. And, the results are amazing,. As I told him, "you have changed my life."

Dr. Anderson performed cataract surgery in November of 2024. His office and staff provided timely, friendly, professional care. Scheduling, insurance, prescriptions - they took care of everything and I always knew what was going on. My vision has improved so much. I can see better than I have in years. I highly recommend Dr. Anderson.

Dr Anderson recently performed cataract surgery on both of my eyes. I am amazed at how clearly I can now see, both near and distance vision. Dr. Anderson saw my son today for an eye issue he had been experiencing. My son is autistic and often goes off on tangents with his own diagnosis, AND, he had been very scared about his eye and what was going on. Dr. Anderson was very patient and listened to all the things he had to say. He took his time with him and explained and reassured him about the situation and the care he needs to feel better. The cataracts surgery Dr. Anderson performed produced results that are nothing short of miraculous. We will be forever grateful to him for restoring my husbands vision. His office staff was exceptionally kind.

I have waited a month after my cataract surgeries to give my eyes time to heal and adjust to the new lenses. As the title suggests, the results have exceeded my expectations. First of all, the care and professionalism of Dr. Anderson and his staff at the Vision Institute were (are) absolutely top shelf. I felt that their attention to detail during my examinations and willingness to answer all of my questions (of which, there were many) demonstrated both their knowledge and level of experience. Both of my surgeries were performed at the Premier Surgery Center (Union and Austin Bluffs) with Alex (CRNA) providing anesthetic support. Although I was not aware of it at the time, the surgeries were performed smoothly and without complications and with literally no post operative pain or discomfort. Pre-op and post-op instructions were clear and easy to follow, which, at 73 years old, I very much appreciated. I have no reservations at all recommending Dr. Erik Anderson.

Dr Anderson is a fantastic doctor and surgeon. He is great at finding the balance between being cautious when appropriate but also treating each case individually. He did my surgery in May 2017 and I am doing great! I saw another doctor for my 3 month checkup and he even commented on what a fantastic job Dr. Anderson had done. I couldn't be happier. LASIK and Dr. Anderson were a great decision!!!
