I love this place. They offered free eye exams and glasses (if needed) through my child's school with their "no vision left behind program". Such an amazing thing to provide for families and their children. Of coarse my daughter broke her glasses and they again took care of it for us. Thank you guys sooo much. I definitely recommend you to everyone I know.

I bought progressive bifocals from here. Right after I picked them up the frame broke (within a week I believe) so I called and they said they are under warranty and they would reorder me a frame. Then the replacement frame also broke shortly after that. I called and was informed they will only warranty it once and I would have to pay out of pocket. I didnt like that but because I only had them a few months I had no choice. The wrong size frame came in and had to be reordered again. Plus they no longer had the color I had picked and my only option was black. But again I had no choice as the lense were still new. After I got the 3rd replacement, it also broke. Even though I paid for this frame out of pocket, they said it had no warranty and I had to buy a 4th frame. I contacted them and the "Chief Operating Officer/Director of Revenue Cycle Management" replied back on 2-16 for more info but has yet to reply back or offer any solutions. I am so disappointed that I barely got any use out of the glasses I bought here with no support from the company. I ended up buying glasses online after the 2nd frame broke and those glasses have not had a single issue while eyelove wants me to purchase a 4th frame in less than a year from them. The prescription is fine and the staff is nice but I would 100% go elsewhere for the glasses.

I loved my experience here. The doc was chill. Literally everyone there was cool. Morgan was able to handle the incredible indecisive manner my husband always presents in the face of decision making. In this case, which glasses should I get and how much can I customize them. She was with us through that whole journey and God bless her for that. Also, she said my glasses are cute on me, so it's a done deal. Our eye docs for life. Great atmosphere, great employees.

I'm a veteran and recently used Eye Love Care as part of my veterans benefits for an eye exam and new glasses. I have to say my experience was great. From the intake specialist to the optometrist and the wonderful person who helped with my new eyeglass selection and fitting, the service was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend. This review was unsolicited and submitted because I think good service should be rewarded.

I had my first visit as a veteran and received some of the best treatment ever the staff was really great and the doctor Jeff was knowledgeable and professional and also caring with me as a patient I received one of the best eye exams I have ever had I highly recommend these guys to anyone including my fellow veterans you.cant go.wrong they are great

The optometrist was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to ensure I received top-notch care. As a veteran, I truly appreciated the respect and attention to detail they provided throughout the visit. The appointment was timely, efficient, and I left feeling confident that I received the best eye care possible. The eyeglass tech also went above and beyond, taking their time to help me pick out frames that not only fit me well but were also stylish. I highly recommend I Love Care to anyone looking for exceptional service and a team that genuinely cares about their patients!

Every single person we came across was both friendly and professional. I brought my four young children and we were all able to be seen the same time and day. I was told I needed glasses and went to look at the giant selection they had. As I was looking, one of the doctors was helping me keep my kids entertained. They all left with sun glasses and lollipops. Everything went really smooth and we ended up having a good time. I won't ever go somewhere else for eye exams/appointments again!

My family and I always have an amazing experience at Eye Love Care! The customer service team is friendly and great with my two young boys. They are at that age when they have an attention span of a gnat, so the efficiency and speed of service it greatly appreciated!
