They are professional ! They've redone my lenses 3 times, until perfect. They've redone my exam second time for free, cause on the first one prescription was not right - older male doctor was very patient and professional, first lady doctor was not that interested and in hurry, though, final result is awesome ! Thanks !

Sydney is soo amazing! She spent so much time with me helping me with glasses, walking me through my benefits getting me an appointment and meeting all my needs. Above and beyond. Eye glass world is the way to go if you want fast and accurate. Thankfully she checks over everyones work and is always around and helpful otherwise i wouldn't have gotten what I needed and gratful for their process to make sure everything is correct. I had a huge change to my face and ended up needing help getting different glasses, she spend a long time making sure everything was perfect and hearing my needs even when she didn't have to and was accommodating. Every time I've come in over the past few years she has helped me and is the reason I keep coming back and spend so much extra money on my new fancy glasses this time around

A pleasant experience and affordable. Didn't push sales but explained all the perks when upgrading or keeping basic. Wasn't rushed and was offered assistance when I had questions. It was an overall great experience. I was able to leave with a good deal and glasses ordered. It only took a week to get them in and was satisfied with the fit and the lenses. Overall really enjoyed coming here and was well taken care of by the knowledgeable staff. Will certainly be visiting again for all of my eyeball needs.

Worst place to buy your glasses . They give you a date of Friday the 5th of December when your glasses will be ready. They order your prescription and it gets there by Tuesday the 2nd of December conveniently their lab person is never there and when you called to confirm that your glasses will be done for Friday. They tell you that they're doing inventory day and the lab is closed. Then when you call Friday to confirm that your glasses will be ready on Saturday the 6th of December they say yes we will have your glasses ready by 10 o'clock. I called today Saturday the 6th of December to confirm my glasses will be ready at 10 o'clock and conveniently their lab person is not there again and now My glasses won't be ready until next week. If you are a person that needs your glasses to see I do not recommend buying from this place or this location. They do not care about their clients only about the money. Over priced and over charge for frames and lenses. They are not professionals at all.

I went in for an eye exam and they were great. Super nice and helpful from checking in all the way through getting my glasses. They were very thorough when explaining things to me. My prescription changed and I needed something new, Sam did awesome at helping me with that!

This place was a bad experience all around. The lady who does the eye exams has zero patience and was so negative when asked about some frames I wanted to put lenses into. I also have a nervous blephorospasm which makes my eye twitch. She could not deal with this and I opted to see an actual physician rather than this bullcrap virtual world that society is pushing. I'll schedule with a real eye doctor thanks, and eyeglass works will never get my business.

Sydney was tremendously helpful and very kind in the process of helping me find glasses that worked for me. Through many difficulties and challenges she provided wonderful support. I have been coming here for years and I will continue to do so. Thank you, Sydney!

Came in to see if my glasses could be fixed. Deysi and Emily went above and beyond to fix my glasses, I had used some super glue, which I know now not to do, and the ladies surgically removed the glue and fixed my glasses with new nose pads. Outcome was a success as good as new. Thank you both for your professionalism and attention to detail. Eyeglass World has two ladies that are a great face of your company. Visit was on 8/21/25
