We have a great experience every time my wife & I come into this store. We enjoy & trust Dr. Mileski every year for our eye exams. Sarah & the rest of the staff are awesome = always friendly, highly skilled & professional! We love the excellent assortment of brand named frames. We purchase our new glasses every year here also. Great service. We will definitely be back again next year!

Absolutely hands down the most lovely place I've been for eye care. The ladies working the front were so incredibly sweet and very helpful and our doctor listened and took into account our thoughts better than any other doctor I've had. My roommate and I both agreed this will be our new go-to for vision care. We scheduled appointments right next to each other and they had us in and out in an hour - two appointments with excellent care that quick!! If you're looking for somewhere to go that's going to be not just a good experience, but a great one? This is it!!

I have been going to Pearle Vision since I was a little kid. The front end staff was very nice! check in, check out, handling insurance, and choosing frames all went very smoothly and they were very fast. It took a while to see the doctor, but once I got in there he was very quick and incredibly detailed, informative, and friendly! Would recommend.

I've been coming to this location for nearly two years now, and I couldn't be happier with the care I've received. The team is consistently professional, punctual, and incredibly helpful. Everyone is pleasant and easy to work with, and the doctor is both engaging and highly knowledgeable. It's been a refreshing experience from start to finish.

I had a great first experience with Pearle. Pricing for the visit was transparent and you could opt out of some tests if you chose. Not pushy at all. The doctor was great and was able to optimize both my glasses and contacts prescriptions in one visit.

Do not go here if you can help it! I was unable to find eye exam openings elsewhere short notice, but this location happened to have an opening. I had declined the pictures of my eye with the extra charge on the paperwork prior to the appt. because I had just had my eyes dilated two weeks prior to this appt. and didn't need that checked again. The blonde girl with zero personality had me go into the room with all the medical eye equipment and didn't tell me what we were doing or why. She just sternly said, "Now sit over there, move here, go there" and before I knew it, I was having imaging of my eyes and was charged that additional fee for a service I had previously declined. I tried to let that one go. Then the eye Dr. was running behind and so I waited about 30 minutes to be seen with no apologies from anyone. The store manager Sara and the girl Kaylani with the long brown hair are absolutely awful. I asked for my PD to be read after sitting and waiting for 20 minutes for my appt. and the same rude, blonde girl at the front desk was very disgruntled at my request and went to get Sara who marched over and started interrogating me on why I needed my PD. I told her I wanted to have it checked. She said they "normally charge people to have their PD measured" and she scoffed and quickly took my PD and wrote down the measurements and shoved them at me. *FYI - Eye Associates and other reputable locations will happily take 5 seconds to measure PD's for free. I had an amazing experience at Warby Parker at The Shops at Briargate the day before where they spoke to me about PD measurements, checked my glasses to ensure the prescription was correct, etc. all while being kind and treating me like a human being. Unfortunately, they didn't have any eye exam openings at the time but I will be returning to them to buy glasses. Moving on, the eye Dr. at Pearle Vision was VERY rushed and spoke very fast, which may have been because he was running so behind on his schedule. He did not care to help me with my complaints of nausea and headaches or light sensitivity but he did help me get my prescription and I was fitted for contacts. He gave me a trial set of 5 contacts and told me we'd see how they went. He also gave me a prescription for contacts and glasses. He was kind, so I appreciate that, at least. I went home with the new contacts in and my vision adjusted to them. I also ordered glasses with my new prescription, so this left me with only 4 more days of contacts in this correct prescription and my glasses would take 7-10 days to arrive. Because of this, I called this morning (Christmas Eve) and asked Kaylani if I could please have a few more contacts to make it until my glasses arrived so that I could, you know, see. She said sure and to pick them up by noon today. An hour later, Kaylani calls back and begins to rudely say that they "can't just keep giving me contacts" and that "you said you bought contacts from us but you didn't". I told her I definitely did not say that and that I hadn't had the chance to order contacts from their quote that came in last night as it was Christmas Eve and we were currently wrapping presents for our kids and celebrating my husbands birthday. I'd like to add that I would have happily paid for the addition 5 pairs of contacts, had they asked. I'm not sure if I want to order however many months worth of these contacts because they're making my eyes very dry, so I'm not ready to order a large quantity. Don't worry, though. After this I won't be buying any from you. Kaylani was incredibly awful on the phone, spoke over me, raised her voice to which I matched and then I told her to forget it. It would have been nice if that had been the end, but then Sara the manager called me back and my husband answered the phone. She demanded to speak to me and my husband flat out said no. Sara, how you became the manager of anything astounds me. Kaylani, you're just abrasive and rude. Good luck to anyone who chooses this location, we'd highly advise against it.

My experience has ALWAYS been very pleasant at Pearle Vision at Interquest. The staff is always helpful, prompt and willing to assist. Extra thank you to the young lady that assisted me with picking my glasses. She was patient, knowledgeable and helpful!! My doctor is also very patient and helpful!

Nice office. Reasonable cash prices. Wonderful staff and doctor. They helped my mom out with an emergency pair of glasses and thorough eye exam. I recommend Pearl Vision highly!!
