Lovely people. Poorly run operation. Paid for glasses Oct 7 and three months later (Jan 14) I'm still waiting for them. I understand that mistakes happen, but they are not being proactive to keep me informed or to resolve the situation.

I have been going to Dr. Reynolds since I was 19 years old (almost 6 years). She is an absolute joy to work with. Not only is she funny, she is incredibly well educated and provides the most capable treatment possible. I have a fear of doctors and she is the ONLY doctor I look forward to seeing. Although the front desk has seen a rotation of staff over the years, I have never had a bad experience. The front desk staff is always kind and helpful when it comes to billing and scheduling. I encourage anyone looking for a new optometrist to give Dr. Reynolds a try! She is great with adults and children. It's always a pleasure to drop into the office.

Dr. Reynolds and staff were fantastic! I personally love that they are so respectful of their patients, each other, and our community to still have a mask policy in place! The staff were also all patient and attentive. Dr. Reynolds was so thorough with the exam, I definitely didn't feel like just a number or pay check, like many other facilities in the area. If you have children, or just a child at heart, I loved to see the kid props in the exam room. Another little reminder the staff here cares.

I was shocked that someone would say Dr. Reynolds or her staff were rude! Dr. Reynolds is THE best optometrist I have ever known. I have been a patient of Dr. Reynolds for at least twenty years and she always is respectful and polite. She is VERY thorough doing the eye exams and does everything to make sure her patients are well-informed as to their vision. Her staff is also considerate and very polite. Tammy helps find just the right frames and knows the billing procedures for insurance. My eyes weren't producing enough tears so Dr. Reynolds recommended a new treatment that resolved that problem. I highly recommend Dr. Reynolds!

I thought that this was going yo be a good experience. Seemed nice, professional etc. However my glasses prescription came back and my vision was extremely fouled up. I couldn't focus at all with my left eye. We sent them back and tried a different prescription. No luck same problem. Next I called to correct this situation and I was told I'd have to be retested and it would cost a further $300. I have completely lost faith in her diagnosis and I am frustrated without a working pair of glasses and $500 poorer even with my insurance. All this without the slightest bit of professional integrity.

Dr. Reynolds is very knowledgeable and is so friendly. Her laugh is infectious! The office has a good selection of glasses. I also got contact lenses, and they are the best I've ever worn. I highly recommend Dr. Reynolds, especially if you want a personal and professional exam.

Never have I been treated worse at an eye doctor. Doctor Reynolds was so rude! She didn't listen to my problems. She didn't hear what I was saying, she just tried to get an appointment scheduled and then send me on my way. Maybe that's because they'll charge you a cancellation fee if you try to cancel just minutes after making the appointment. What a joke. Do not go here. The exam was fine, the doctor seemed (rushed, but) friendly and was pleasant. I could tell he also wasn't listening to me. My glasses do not help me see, the prescription is wrong, and they won't listen. They have done a great job educating (threatening) me on their abysmal return policy, and have shut me down from returning the glasses that DO NOT WORK! The worst part is they are blaming me for the issues with my glasses which haven't worked since the second I got them. Friendliness - 1/10 Customer service - 0/10 Quickness - 7/10 (I didn't have to wait long to receive glasses that don't work). Overall review - 1/10. DO NOT GO HERE.

If I could give this place 0 stares I would. I just left there very upset by the lack of customer service I received. As a new patient I schedule an appointment for 5pm and arrived early to ensure I was on time. The young lady that greeted me was pleasant. My appointment ended with me crying in my car. I was escorted to the back and the guy was borderline rude and I did not feel comfortable with his lack of kindness. He escorted me to anther exam room and asked me to wait their for the doctor. I heard him tell Dr. Reynolds that I was waiting in the other room. She explained to him that I had to wait. There was a family that arrived after me and I had to wait for her to finish with them. How is that fair! I had been waiting there for 35 minutes. When the guy returned to the room he told me that the doctor was with another patient and I asked him if it was the patient that arrived after me. He responded, "I don't know I've been back here all day." I said, excuse me I'm leaving. He responded yelling down the hallway, "Are you in a hurry?" I asked the receptionist at the front desk if I was being made to wait intentionally and she responded that the doctor was not with another patient, which didn't make any sense to me. I should have listened to my first mind when I saw the doctor escort a patient out and she didn't acknowledge me, I should have left then. I don't understand why I was treated this way but I will not return and if they attempt to bill me I will contact my attorney immediately. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. WALMART, COSTO, OR ANY OTHER PLACE WOULD BE BETTER!!!
