Betty and my optometrist was the best! I would've given this a 5-star rating if it wouldn't have been for the manager who was working the LensCrafters and her bad attitude.
It was so bad that after I resolved my issue without any help from her, I drove 20 minutes to another LensCrafters to buy two sets of prescription glasses.
Having a nice helping attitude and leading with service will have the sales follow.
Shoutout to the LensCrafters in Chapel Hills Mall, the absolute best.

The team was SUPER helpful! As someone who has never worn glasses, I was very unsure of kind of the entire process. From the eye exam to the glasses staff. They walked me through what to expect and were very kind. They were patient and worked with me to find what would fit me well. They were able to get my glasses done the same day and made I was happy with them.

The vision appointment was thorough and the Dr. was friendly and kind. 5 Stars!
What I didn't appreciate is that I received a phone call and voicemail to confirm the appt. In that voicemail I was told that I was REQUIRED to PHONE back to confirm the appt. I did phone back but this will be the last time I do that.
In the future I am happy to confirm via text, like every other physician, dentist, lab company etc. does. But do not ask your clientele to stop what they're doing and call you to confirm an appt they made.
Again, I understand the need for confirmations, but make it easy on me. Text is easy and efficient.
If I'm REQUIRED to call to confirm next year, I will call back to cancel my appt and go elsewhere for my vision needs.

Imagine the best haircut of your life, for The stylist took the time to make sure there wasn't a single hair out of place. That's the level of service I received from my optometrist this week.
