Absolutely !!! I've been going to Northgate Vision Center for three years now, and I can confidently say they are the best in town. Dr. Kelly, Sherri, and the entire staff are always warm, friendly, and genuinely kind -- they treat me like family every time I walk in. They don't just move you through an appointment; they ask how life is going and truly care about the answer. That kind of connection is rare, especially compared to the big-name chain offices. When I was struggling with dry eyes from monthly contacts, they were quick to help me troubleshoot and switch me to daily lenses -- and it made a huge difference. I felt heard and supported the entire time. They also go above and beyond to help you save money. They walk you through discounts and rebate programs you might not even know exist. On a $1,000 contact prescription, I received a $400 rebate -- which is incredible. On top of that, my exam fee was unexpectedly waived due to some error I wasn't even aware of! I didn't ask for it or expect it -- they just made it right. That level of integrity and care says everything. If you're looking for an optometrist in Colorado Springs, this is your place. The intake process and tests were easy and well done. Doctor was also very nice, friendly and took the time to explain everything, never felt rushed. I highly recommend going to this clinic!

I had a wonderful experience at Northgate Vision Center today. I found Dr Kelley to be friendly and easy to talk with. Her exam was thorough, and she took the time to answer my questions. Her staff was equally professional and personable. It was worth the drive time from Woodland Park. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for expert eye care.

I found Northgate Vision Center through a google search, and so glad I did! Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. The Dr was very thorough and explained everything, and then helped me choose just the right frame for new glasses. Great service and highly recommended!

First time there and it was great! They are very friendly, and they have a large selection of frames to choose from. They helped me understand the different options my insurance would cover. Glad I found a new eye Dr. that cares about her patients.
