Glasses came in quickly AND fit perfectly! No adjustments were needed, which was a great relief. I enjoyed speaking with Dr. during my exam about my options. He was wonderful. Beyond better experience with Optum Eyes than big chain or other independent eye doctor offices! Highly recommend this hidden gem

Front desk lady (Anita) had an attitude with me because they did an automatic eye apt a year out from my last one and I was confused and wanted to cancel. This appointment somehow ended up being the exact day of my daughter's eye specialist apt I had to reschedule for next week. I thought that's who was calling. Never a good look to have the person who is the first one to talk to patients speak so rudely and entitled. Don't understand why she took canceling so personal and as if it were a hardship to her.

Absolutely avoid. The person who did my eye exam was wonderful, but the optician was not. The billing is shady and they ended up charging me 3 times what insurance covers after they told me insurance would cover everything (I have no deductible and one free exam every year with my insurance). Go anywhere else, even Walmart is better than this. And at least they don't lie about their pricing structure.

The staff is very kind and efficient. The doctor is super knowledgeable and goes out of his way to make sure all of my questions are answered. Highly recommend this clinic

Dr Walls is an excellent provider and a genuinely caring doctor. She is so good with kids, made my 3 year old daughter feel super comfortable right from the start, and has always worked with me on my difficult eyesight. She had great stock of nice glasses options as good prices too!

My recent visit to this eye doctor's office was excellent. Taylor at the front desk was friendly and efficient. Dr. Melissa conducted a thorough and friendly eye examination, while Dr. Anthony provided helpful guidance for my prescription. The entire staff was polite and engaging, making the experience pleasant and efficient. With an appointment, I was in and out. I highly recommend this office for great service and a welcoming atmosphere.

Just finished my appointment and got home. I wish I could give 10 star review honestly. This was the friendliest experience I ever had at an eye clinic. Every employee legitimately felt like they loved what they do and wanted the best for you. Every person I spoke to was very informative and more importantly did not ever make me feel like my questions or concerns were stupid. I can't stress enough- seriously down to earth office. Not the cheapest frames! I usually spend $50-60 on frames but go all out on lenses. Their cheapest frame was about $139, but you really pay for quantity here. They offer a full year warranty and a 90 day return policy if you don't like your glasses so, even though I tend to be thrifty I didn't even care about price. I am actually excited to go back! Which is such a new feeling when talking about eye clinics. 10 out of 10 will recommend to anyone needed service.

Dr. Rabins gives THE most thorough and accurate eye exam I've ever had in my life. His professionalism and care are unmatched. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants to be sure they are getting the very best care possible for their eyes. I know I no longer need to look elsewhere...he's my eye doc for LIFE!
