Take your prescription eyeglass needs elsewhere.
Terrible communications by this office. Called several times and was either routed to voicemail or the or wrong (south) office. After finally getting ahold of someone (at the wrong office) they alleged that they left 2 voicemails per the " notes placed in my chart" on 2/18 & 3/3 as you can see e by the photos below no VM were left by Pinnacle and I have been waiting on this prescription for several weeks!

The building is very new and clean. The staff was professional and helpful but surprisingly unfriendly. Maybe they just haven't had time to get confident and get to know each other. My appointment was efficient and took care of my problem.

2 hours past appointment time and we finally get called back to see doctor hopefully. The scheduling stinks at this place, for just a follow up eye exam that should only take half hour maybe an hour to do
