The older lady was just so not knowledgeable or helpful and just laughs at me! Gah! So disappointed and I will be going back on Saturday when she said the doctor will be there so that I can hopefully figure this out. But, such a bummer. He is only there like one day a week or what? She was rude in a strange way. She could have been so much nicer and friendlier, but really was just clueless. They are barely open and functioning right now because of Covid. She was the only one there. Strangely enough, you get better service on a Saturday when it is busier since they are staffed better

I'm very disappointed, I won't get my glasses from here again, I'm done. I glasses are less than 6months and the frame is broken. When I went there I was told that I don't have a warranty on my glasses, in the past years the glasses came with one year warranty. So they ask me to buy a new frame for my lenses. I'm sorry I don't have money for that. I always got my glasses from you. But now I'm not coming.

Would not recommend. Had an appointment. I got there early and there was no one to check in with. That's fine, I did some shopping and came back five minutes before the appt time. Two people working and very busy. I waited around in the eye area for 15 minutes and was not greeted by anyone. When someone was finally free I asked them where to sign in at and they told me I was late.
