Dr. Sheron Marshall and her assistants, Dave and Anees, were very considerate and helpful. I was concerned about driving home after having dilation. Dave said they could use a weaker strength of the dilation, which worked out great and I didn't need to pay for the alternative procedure that doesn't require dilation, but insurance doesn't cover.
The bad news was that my vision had worsened due to cataracts, and they cannot increase my prescriptions. Though I am functioning quite well with my day glasses' prescription, my computer glasses' vision is difficult. Anees suggested that one of the reading glasses availabe in stores may be helpful with my computer vision. I will look at the Rx options the next time I go shopping.
Dr. Marshall suggested eye supplements to support my vision.

I visited Dr Sheron Marshall at Eye Associates for a Cataract Consultation for surgery on my eyes
She was very professional, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Amanda her assistant was awesome! She is very professional, courteous and did her job extremely well! Very thorough in performing all her tests. Explained everything she was doing and the reason for the test before she performed it. Everyone that helped me was fantastic! I would definitely refer everyone to go to Eye Associates and see Dr Marshall and Amanda! They r all awesome!

Dr Marshall is caring and highly competent. She has been my doctor for many years and l trust her completely. I would never want to consign my eyes to anyone else, especially given that I have some eye issues that need to be followed medically.
However, the office Dr Marshall shares with her several colleagues has become slow and chaotic the last couple years. Today I waited over an hour to be called initially and the process with the tech, who was very nice, was still quite rushed and jangling because they were running so behind. Then I waited further for Dr Marshall, and still more at checkout because a new employee was being trained, finally walking out more than two hours after my appointment time. It used to be a much more pleasant and low-key experience. I don't like to wind up dreading my appointments.
