Can't give 0 otherwise I would... I have dealt with this place for over a year... They never answer the phone, never have any answers, and they always seem to have some reason why they can't give you what you needed... I have ordered contacts and it has been 6 and a half weeks since I went in to originally order them... I called 2 weeks ago and they said the contacts ship date was pushed back... and I still have yet to receive anything about them being in or where they are at... I try to call on a daily basis with no success of anyone answering the phone. It doesn't matter what department i try to get a hold of either... as soon as I get these contacts I will never be coming back to Skyline... this has been the most frustrating experience I've ever had with any eye clinic. I would highly recommend anyone who actually wants good service and a pleasant experience to go anywhere else but here. I'd tell anyone to drive to Denver to avoid the complications from this place.

I recently moved to Colorado and was looking to have my annual eye exam. My insurance recommended this location for my coverage. I was excited due to all the great reviews. I filled out the form on the website to be contacted since I am a new patient. I had a voicemail requesting a callback. When I called Cassie answered and was extremely inpatient in a tone of what felt like I was "inconveniencing" her for simply needing help. Stating my information isn't shown in the system (it wouldn't be given that I am a new patient.) She further argued with me that my Insurance isn't through All Access, the plan I have with my employer. Not sure why the front office individual of this location would have such a negative demeanor over the phone when someone is just simply looking to become a patient and trying to schedule an appointment by following the steps on the website. Unsure why someone would be in customer/patient support and have that response, but maybe she was having a bad day. While I decided to go somewhere else, I hope others don't have the same awful experience in the first 5 minutes of an interaction.

I can't give 0 stars unfortunately. The person I spoke to was the opposite of the cheerfulness person alive. I think I spoke to her twice, otherwise this office has really significant customer experience issues. I called to confirm an appointment today. I was abruptly cut off by this staff member who stated they called me yesterday and left a voicemail. The whole reason I was confirming this appointment was due to not getting any notice previously. The first time I called to set up an appointment I was told the same thing they attempted to contact me 3 times from a referral. They called the wrong number. Instead of apologizing or showing empathy or anything to turn around a negative customer experience, she proceeded to argue with me, eventually stating this conversation was unproductive and connected me to voicemail when I asked to speak with a manager. A manager called me back after an hour or so. She was polite and apologized. I agreed to schedule an appointment following the conversation after explaining that I didn't get any phone calls. We discovered that they were given the wrong phone number to contact me. She said she would correct the phone number, but apparently that did not happen because I received the same justification and treatment today from when I called 3 months ago. The soonest appointment is in 2 months. What terrible service! What a delay in patient care! I was referred to this awful business 8 months ago...I also wonder what was said on the voicemail. We're not from this area, and called on 08/11/2025 at 0815 to see about being seen for an eye injury.. First question: "Are you a new patient? We don't do same day for new patients." No concern or even a question about my injured eye AT ALL. Lady on the phone was rude and abrupt like she didn't want to be bothered. Would NOT recommend if you're looking for caring care amongst all the staff. UPDATE: We received a phone call the next day asking if I had received care somewhere, and sincerely apologizing for the treatment we had to deal with on the phone. Very much appreciated! We've increased star rating from 1 to 2. The second star is for the apology.

Called to make an appointment for my parent who has a growth behind the eye. When calling to attempt to schedule, the woman who answered showed no compassionate regards, just instant "are you a patient, we need a referral". I'm truly just trying to see if my parent can be seen asap due to this growth. So I shoot through hoops to get a referral to see if we can be scheduled. Our optometrist states the referral was sent, we call this office again to see if we can be scheduled only to be told they haven't received the referral and the only way my parent can be seen immediately for the growth is if it's a STAT referral... which would've been helpful to know before wasting time trying to be seen in this non-compassionate office anyway. Best of luck to its patients.

Called to book an appointment today and the front desk lady was rude and snappy! Forget about it! I think I'll be switching to a new eye dr. The last time I was in I ordered a year of contacts and payed for it and only got 6 months worth as well, and they never made it right. I don't even think my prescription was correct.

I saw Dr. Jason Noble in October for previously diagnosed cataracts in both eyes. He was very rude and unprofessional when entering the room and talks after the exam. He said I did not have cataracts, just severely dry eyes. I began doing preservative free eye drops 10-12x daily as he recommended. After 6 months with no improvement, I asked my doctor for a referral for a second opinion. Even the tech at the second place could see how bad the cataracts were in my eyes. My left eye cataract was so bad it covered nearly my entire lens, the right eye over a quarter. I had surgery yesterday on the first one (by a fabulous doctor, not in this clinic), and have perfectly clear vision in that side now. I'm so upset that he diminished my quality of life for so long. I definitely wouldn't suggest him to even my worst enemy.
