Madeline was very cold and acted as if she did not want to provide service. I originally went on 7/11 for my eye exam and no one tried to see if I wanted to be fitted for glasses. The took payment and handed me my prescription. I was a little hesitant about going back but did any way since people have off days but received the same cold service. She really didn't explain my options but acted as if I should already know. I will not be going back for my next exam. The three stars are for the optometrist. He was great to work with.

I think they have good pricing, they have adjusted my glasses whenever needed, and I really have no complaints about them. The storefront is clean, has good selection, and they always have good people working there.
