I had my first ever experience with this eye clinic yesterday , to be perfectly honest I had a great experience with everyone I encountered there right down to Dr. Jeff he was excellent very knowledgeable abd personable with me the entire time made me feel very comfortable with everything he did in order to give me the best eye exam I have ever had in my life . The entire staff there at the Printers parkway location were extremely polite and professional with everything they did it makes being a patient a really good feeling I would highly recommend them
to anyone this is a top notch place to go.to have your eyes checked i.will be going back to them in the future

These folks really know a thing or two about the dying art of Customer Service. Dr. Maciejewski, the optometrist, took all the time needed to perform a thorough eye exam and provide an updated prescription. I'm sure she would have taken an additional 10-15 minutes if I had questions or concerns. And Morgen, the optician, was an absolute pleasure to work with. She went out of her way to ensure I wound up with the glasses I wanted. They both clearly love their jobs, which makes all the difference. I didn't get the name of the technician who greeted me and set up the exam room, but she was equally helpful, friendly and professional. The VA does give a wide choice of optometry services for veterans to choose from. I'll for sure be going back to Veterans Optometry Partners of America.

Fantastic experience all around! Some of my Veteran friends recommended VOPA (Mt. Carmel) to me and I am glad they did. Dr. Maciejewski, O.D. was both thorough and efficient and put me at ease as I have never really liked eye exams. The front line staff gave some great advice on picking out a frame that suited me. And they fit me in at the end of the day with a 1600 appointment time but I never felt rushed...I will be seeing them again when my optometry visit comes due.

I love this place everyone there is so helpful and professional. There was an item that I needed from my prescription to order a backup pair of glasses that wasn't listed on my copy. I called in and Wendy answered the phone and got it for me immediately with a smile. The Doctor is amazing as well. The owner Tatum is how my husband and I found out about it and this is a great place for Veterans to go and to be well taken care of. I appreciate you and all that you do for us!

The Dr. was amazing she did an awesome job. I'm taking away one star because I came into their location because of a flyer advertising free glass for vets including Oakley's and Ray Bans. Well that definitely was not the case. I know beggars cant be choosers but I had my hopes up for a free pair of Oaks, as advertised. The ones that were free weren't worth the trouble of making an appointment, waiting forever on the VA to "approve" it, plus driving to the other end of town to their building. But hey, free is free and like I said the Doctor was really great. She answered all of my medical questions in depth.

Took a bit to get my glasses, through no fault of the staff. Staff is friendly, attentive and helpful. Wendy is wonderful, and very patient especially after everything that went on with my prescription. Keegan personally made sure I got my glasses and the doc is very professional and knowledgeable.
