Overall a great experience. Melissa was great (optical supervisor) professional, polite, and caring. Outstanding service was provided by everyone during my visit for an eye exam and purchased new glasses. The optometrist was very professional, polite, and thoroughly went over my eye exam and answered all my questions. The optical assistant was polite, professional & caring who conducted my preliminary eye tests prior to the exam. Thank you!! A 10 star rating! This is exceptional customer service!!

I had a great experience with the eye doctor appointment. However the quality of the eye glasses are not good. I have wore glasses since the 5th grade and never had an issue with my glasses falling apart in less than 6 months. The paint is peeling for no reason. I unfortunately didn't get the insurance (my bad) but I thought they would still be able to help in someway. Maybe recommend a paint that would stop the pealing or have a number I could call. The overall attitude of the staff there was: "sucks to be you."
Even when purchasing the glasses the woman who took care of us never smiled or spoke kindly. It's a weird atmosphere for sure. Won't go back. Cheep quality stuff and bad customer service.

Editing to add: I am changing my review, the leadership called me and got my glasses replaced as well as ordering a new box for the left eye at no charge for me. I really am impressed with their response, plus they have the cutest glasses in town so I really didn't want to leave! They took my concerns seriously and proved they have great customer service!

I brought my daughter in for her annual eye exam. While I was there waiting for her, I tried to schedule my eye exam for a future date. They had an opening that day and they were able to fit me in so we both got our eye exam. Saved me a trip. They also adjusted our eyeglasses that we brought with us. Five stars definitely. I've been going there for a few years now and will keep going!

Everyone was super nice and the environment is very warm and welcoming! As an autistic woman I struggle with sensory issues and just going out in public in general, but I felt very comfortable there, which is saying a lot! They also got my glasses to me very quickly, in less than half the time I was quoted! 10/10!

Just left Vision Works on Academy Boulevard in Colorado Springs, and honestly, what a letdown. I walked in, asked about walk-ins, and a rep checked the schedule. The place was quiet-only two customers browsing glasses, and three staff just chilling, two sitting, one standing. The rep asked her coworker, an African-American woman, if she could help me. She was leaning on her fist, maybe scrolling online, and lazily said, Nope, that's it. Unprofessional and unwelcoming. This place feels lazy, not like a service-driven business. I won't be back, and I won't recommend it to anyone. One star, if that.
