This confused senior citizen with Very Good senior advantage vision coverage dreaded checking about a nonstandard budget frame package ... almost to the point of "palpitations"?
Ms L was not just competent and professional, but friendly, concerned, and a great listener. She made the investigation a valuable learning experience for me (basic frames with just the left lens at ~$40 instead of $70 !!)

Staff is nice enough hours are a bit wierd
they don't do any curved lenses, no sports glasses, no swim goggles but that's pretty normal the worst part about this place is having to go to Walmart past the same annoying security van.

I had been getting my glasses there for a few years now. This year for the first time I had a vision plan and did not include this Walmart vision center as "in network ".
I had the exam for glasses and contacts done at a different place, and the experience was awful. The customer service was non existent and I had to wait three months to get a TRIAL for my contacts!
I decided that I would not get my glasses or contacts at that place, so I stopped by this vision center.
They ended up being on my vision plan after all.
Emily and Kathy went above and beyond to help me with the whole process. Even the doctor here did my exam all over again, and didn't want to charge me.
They all work wonderfully as a team and I cannot appreciate them enough.
I recommend them to anyone that needs vision care.

I absolutely love Walmart Vision Center! The staff is always so incredibly nice! Today Kathy helped me pick out a new pair of glasses that had smaller lenses. She was so kind and so patient with me. I genuinely had fun picking out new frames. It was like picking out glasses with a friend. Always such a positive experience!

I was one month past due on my prescription. I needed a new set of contacts to get me through the next month. I explained to Kathy that I was tight on money and time and could not afford a new appointment and was in a bind. She was condescending and had no interest in helping me. Seems like they're just in it for the money, not good customer service.

I wanted to recognize a very helpful associate Kathy. I came in probably a little dazed from walking into a glass wall. My glasses were terribly bent. Kathy took them and I just a few minutes she had them straightened out and fitting properly.

I went here to get a contacts prescription for the first time. Once my appointment was over they never showed me how to remove or put in my contacts. Didn't show me how to clean them, the dr had put the contacts in my eyes himself and that was it. He said the contact specialist wasn't in that day. He wrote my prescription down for me to order them online, and he wrote it in wrong so every time I try to order contacts they give me a hard time about it not being a contact prescription. Definitely wouldn't go here again.
