Walmart Vision & Glasses

Dr Bestwina is the "best"! The Walmart vision center in Fountain Co 85/87 is great. The entire staff is friendly and professional. Dr B goes above and beyond every time I go in for care. I'm a Kaiser member but I go there for all my vision care!

I have come to Walmart vision center for years even after trying other places I found myself returning to Walmart but after my last experience I will never return to any Walmart vision center. I came in June of this year to get new prescription and glasses which all went well, I even got the warranty on the frames. In September my glasses broke, No problem I thought I got the warranty. Naturally I went to the vision center and explained the situation to the employees. The employees were at first friendly as they said they'd look on my profile to see if my glasses were indeed under warranty. Once they checked the profiles they said I had not been here since last year of September. Impossible I have the bank statement and the receipt still in hand with the address and date. When I asked if bringing the receipt in would prove it they said "no since it's not on our side it doesn't matter". I said ok I guess but I paid for it and you're not honoring it you basically stole my money. The employee said there's nothing she could do which I responded by saying "okay no problem" she's just an employee it's not like it's her decision I won't fight with you. I told the lady I'd just pay for the frames for now since I needed them immediately and I'd figure it out later. This is where the employee took it upon herself to give her opinion she had not been asked for. Throwing little jabs in our direction saying my prescription is expired since I haven't been here in a year, I once again told her "no I was here in June I have proof". The employee once again said "No my records don't show that" My bad I didn't know your guy's inability to maintain records was now my fault. I wouldn't have had an issue with the employee at all had she not taken it upon herself to start throwing passive aggressive comments my way. I hadn't been arguing with her or anything I just asked her what I could do. Let Walmart check their camera's they'll see I am telling the truth. Not only did they not honor the warranty I had already paid for they even kept trying to push buttons to make us spend more money and basically called us liars since they're too unorganized to put the proper files under the correct name.

Recently I've been browsing around for glasses the last few weeks and finally set my eyes at this location. ALL the girls here are extremely helpful and awesome! They answered all my questions and were all there to give me advice and opinions on what looked great and fit me. I absolutely love my new glasses! I will definitely be back to do more business with y'all! Keep doing what you guys do! THANK YOU!

Shannon the Vision Manager was awesome. What a great experience buying my prescription glasses from a Wal-Mart Vision Center for the first time. She was patient with me and experienced with my VSP Insurance Benefits. Shannon even picked out my Frames based on my facial features and old frames. She didn't try and Ray Ban me selling me a frame and lenses I didn't need to spend the extra money for. She respected my budget and I walked away spending less than I thought and alot less than a popular competitor. I highly recommend the Vision Center at Wal-Mart on Venetucci Blvd in Colorado Springs. Bella is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! Seriously, make her employee of the month and give her a pay raise. I went in with a problem, and I walked out with a solution!

Margaret Dixon is the best. I went in for my annual exam/contact fitting and she was kind, efficient, and very tactful. Thank you for the great experience.

Made an appointment with the Walmart Vision Center. I met Michael and he was very friendly and highly accommodating in helping me find the right pair of glasses. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for vision wear. Absolutely awesome!
