Kristen was there on a Sunday by her self and said she was in training? My husband ordered a pair of glasses, she rings us up, we pay- that was Sept. 4,2024. A week later we call and ask about glasses and she says oh they came in wrong, so I had to re-order..! She never bothered to call us! We have called several times and today she says they were shipped a week ago give it another 3 days! I said how come I have to call you?! She says oh we are slammed and it's just me and 1 other person.! I said what about tomorrow? She says call back there will be 4 people working, I'm off!!! We won't be using Walmart vision center after this! Horrible customer service! This place has gone down hill! The worst!

The employees here was very im formative & quite helpful. The receptionist called my insurance company to make sure I was covered. I was happy to find out my eye exam was free. That was so nice. I was very happy to find this information out. Now I'M curious to know how much for new glasses. Does it cost extra for night vision glasses. Can I get prescription goggles for riding motorcycle. Maybe I can wear goggles over regular glasses. The staff is so kind. I'M sure they would love to answer all my questions.

I had an eye exam two days ago, and my insurance paid for it, free exam. Glasses and lenses was too expensive so I went to Walmart. I spent the last 2 days there two and a half hours worth of my time. For them to tell me the I didn't have vision coverage . I was already approved for 235 towards lenses and glasses. And they just couldn't figure it out they are totally incompetent!

Problems with wrong contact lenses for my eyes. I have Astigmatism & a Pingueculum. I wasn't advised that contact lenses could & did irritate the Pingueculum. I was prescribed contact lenses not for Astigmatism, consequently the trial lenses moved around on my left eye which has the more significant Astigmatism. They didn't help my distance vision & definitely not able to read with them. They were multifocal. I was refused a refund of $89 for a contact prescription that I have yet to get one that works.
