Warby Parker Shops at Briargate

I have been wearing other top name frames and progressive lenses for years. Everytime, something needed correction from my actual prescription to the lenses not being done correctly. This time, I decided to research Warby Parker and give them a try. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a genuine desire for them to help. I went back a few times to make sure I ordered the frame I wanted. I worked with different employees each time I went in. They were all amazing! When I was ready to order, one of the awesome employees ensured the frames were aligned correctly on my face, entered and uploaded the prescription with complete accuracy, and ensured that my order was ready to go. I received my glasses today, ten days later as is typically expected with progressive lenses. They arrived perfect! The lenses are the perfect prescription, and the progressive layout is perfect. I made a very quick visit to the store today for a minor adjustment of the frames to ensure they fit my head perfectly, thanks to the amazing employee that helped me. Super friendly and helpful staff. I really appreciated the 'no pressure' approach where I was able to browse on my own for a bit and then asked for some help. The group of guys working today were fun and very knowledgeable when helping me pick out frames based on my preferences. They even helped me find a pair I would never have tried on before- and I ended up buying them. Great store, will be back!

Extremely happy with this location! Warby Parker has been my go-to store for sunglasses for 6 years. Although it was in New York, the impeccable service has traveled to its Colorado Springs location as well. Helpful, happy and kind staff. Looking forward to picking up my new shades we ordered in store!

The lady and gentleman who were working the front were so helpful. Also I had my kids with me. Obviously looking at glasses is not fun for them. So the lady brought out crayons and coloring sheets for them. It was so nice being able to look with my kids happily coloring. Great experience. Thank you so much. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and professional! The number of choices for frames was impressive. They took the time to explain everything for our insurance and even submitted our insurance reimbursement! It was a great experience!

Our family visited the store today due to discovering our insurance (UHC) had an established relationship with Warby Parker for some amazing prices. We were further impressed in store by the staff members. All three staff members working this afternoon helped our family purchase three pairs of prescription eyeglasses. They were patient and knowledgeable as they brought us frames and provided suggestions. All three displayed excellent customer service. We've been to a handful of eyeglass stores over the past year, and this was the most positive experience we've had. I highly recommend this store!

This store and the professionals working here are fantastic! I walked in with my husband the other day to ask for my PD to be measured, which they were very happy to do for me free of charge. They then offered to check the prescription in my glasses to ensure it was correct because I buy them online. They continued to go above and beyond to help me look at glasses, create an account and save those glasses so that I could come back and order a pair, and they offered excellent insight on how glasses are made and how prescriptions may differ. I appreciate the great vibes at this store so very much and I will be returning to buy glasses in the near future. Thank you!
