I had a fantastic experience with 20/20 from the initial consult to my final follow-up exam a year after my clear lens exchange surgery. Everyone I dealt with approached my care with genuine concern. I went to three consultations to improve my vision, and while others focused on sales, 20/20 focused on service. I can't say it any better than their mission statement: "Every day we will strive to be the best vision correction organization in the world. We value the privilege to play an important role in this amazing, life-changing event in our patients' lives. We will meet and then exceed the expectations of our patients during every encounter. All of our decision-making will be rooted in the knowledge of believing that what is in the best interest of our patients, truly is in the best interest of 20/20 Institute." After one year my vision is still better than it has ever been. 20/20 was very professional, quick to schedule, and helped me with any concerns.
One thing that could have made the experience better is if they found a different loan provider. The only option for financing my Lasik procedure was Synchrony, and they ended up calling me in a really hostile way after one of my payments was late. They have a really bad platform that doesn't notify you if a payment failed, and I ended up having to pay extra interest that I wasn't expecting to.
Everything else was great, thanks 20/20!

Amazing experience! Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Facilities were all very nice and comfortable. Showed up early to all of my appointments and they got me right in. Walked in not being able to see without contacts/glasses, and now have 20/15 vision. Only downfall was I didn't do this sooner. I would highly recommend getting Lasik at 20/20! Life changing!
