America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I have been a patient/customer for many years at another location. When that location closed I started coming to Aurora. The customer service team is exceptional. They are always patient, listen to my questions and have solved everything. Britney has been especially attentive to me. I walk in and am greeted personally. I have recommended a few friends.

I went to America's Best on Parker Road and it was a delight to be waited on. Lisa , at the front desk is jazzy , and with excellent customer service. Monique fitted me for my glasses and we shared laughter and kindness with one another, which made me experience the top of the line. She knows her job and carried it out well. I love the glasses I picked and can't wait to get them!

Dr Finch was top notch. He 'fixed' my previous prescription and got me exactly what I needed. Monique provided us outstanding customer service. Absolutely recommend this America's Best location!

They are always welcoming and they listen! I came here last year to transition from glasses to contacts and they made the process smooth. Came to renew my prescription and my experience has not changed!

Today, my youngest son went in for an eye exam. Dr. Wakamiya was so professional and kind. I would like to give a shout out to the whole crew for being so patient with my son as he was learning to put his contacts on and take them off . Everyone was so supportive. Monique and Lisa are Awesome! I enjoyed hearing them talk to my son about college, as that is very important to us. Combined, Elijah's Mom and I attended several colleges and his older brother is, currently, attending a university, up north. My main focus in college was Anatomy & Physiology and Pharmacology and Elijah's Mom has a Master's in Psychology, so college is very important to us. Lisa had asked if Elijah is graduating this year and what his plans are after high school. Elijah told them which college that he has been accepted to and will be attending and what he plans on studying as an undergraduate. I am thrilled to hear him have conversations with people about college. He's getting excited about it! I was so happy that Monique and Lisa expressed some information about their college careers because that is very encouraging and supportive for my son to hear. BTW, my Mom's name is Lisa and my oldest sister's name is Monique, so I had an instant connection with Lisa and Monique. It was a great experience. Thank you so much!!!!

I will not be returning to this location again. Are you seriously telling me that I spent $420 on these glasses, only to learn that the warranty can only be used once? Now that I've already utilized it, I can't use it again? As a result, I'm stuck with a broken pair of glasses and have wasted $420 just one year after purchasing these ridiculous glasses. Do not WASTE your money here .

Added today September 20, 2025 America's Worst...... What I experienced can be described as Elder Abuse. If you are a Senior Citizen like myself, do not go into any of America's Best stores by yourself. They will take advantage, explaining very little of what they are telling you to buy........Buyer Beware....... I was sold a defective pair of broken glasses and they have refused to make things right. I spent hours returning to the store and talking to persons claiming to be some kind of Supervisor, (they said the current Supervisor was on maternity leave) but in the end claimed they do not work at the store where I purchased the glasses and so were unable to make any decisions to rectify the problems: such as wrong prescriptions that made viewing worse with the glasses, the amethyst tint of the glasses not what was advertised and not changing in the sunlight as told they would, the right side of the frame is broken, etc. And trying to read a book is difficult as moving your eyes left to right causes blurriness, unless you actually move your head, which causes neck pain..... Senior Citizen, Buyer Beware...... I hope this feedback using their QR Code results in America's Best making things right, as it should have been from the beginning....... Paul Grundy ************ America's Worst.....I returned for the third time to pick up my glasses yesterday and again there were problems with the prescription. Distance was better without the glasses, so it is not my eyes. It is the glasses. The first time I went in they tried to give me the wrong frames. The second time, the wrong Rx. I could hear them talking about problems with the Lab. I was nice, but the third time I was frustrated but still polite. After much discussion amongst themselves, they checked the progressive glasses to see if my pupils were in the right place, something that had been done previous times. Then some woman took over and kept repeating that I take the glasses home and try them out for a week and then they could set up an appointment with the Optometrist. I had already had another appointment with the Optometrist. I really believe that there was no change to the glasses Rx at all. I had to say no four times to not wanting to take these glasses home to try out as it was obvious that the distance part was still off by quite a bit, and I could see better distance without the glasses. I originally ordered the glasses Dec. 30, 2024 and it is now Feb. 24 when I tried to pick them up. Now I have an appointment for March 7 with the Optometrist for the third time..........as I said, America's Worst.........There does not seem to be a way to contact HQ.

Terrible experience getting contacts, they gave me 2 different types and wrote the prescription for one of them, told me if I preferred the other ones to come back in and they'd change the prescription. What they failed to mention was that I had to come back within two weeks or else I would have to pay for another appointment. Unfortunately, I travel for work a lot and that was not explained, so I didn't make it back within their undisclosed amount of time. Now I'm stuck with contacts that irritate my eyes and extremely expensive glasses... Will not be returning.
