Thank you to the lions club for helping me with the glasses from America Best Eyewear. The office was located on Quebec St. I appreciate it but I can't really say the same for the customer service I went to go pick up my glasses and they greeted me at the front desk didn't ask me to sit down try on my glasses look in the mirror I explained to one of the ladies that my glasses were kind of loose and she grabbed them and she just like bent them when she gave them back they were kind of like bent at the same time another lady was asking me to use my phone to put a review on for the Lions Club ,she kept messing up my phone I had to keep taking them off and stopping you know it got confusing to try to see what going on with my glasses just to help her with my phone to put the review on and in the end the girl that bent my first pair of glasses walked away to help somebody else and then there was nobody there to help me no more so there this other lady she was a black lady and she said is there anything else and I was like well my glasses are still kind of loose and I asked them if they could fix the nose piece because the first lady bent them and walked away she then proceeded to take and brought them back like in 2 seconds she didn't even ask me if they were fine or do I want to try them on again. I'm so serious that lady bent them really bad anyways long story short I just barely got the glasses and they fit really ridiculously one side is like higher than the other. It's sad I couldn't get the help I needed to fix them, and all that was wrong was that they were a little loose. The second pair they're so big on me they fit so big and I just don't remember my glasses fitting like that when I first tried them on they weren't very helpful to me then either. The customer service is really bad My glasses they help but they're hard to see out of and I need them reframed or like you know positioned so I'm going to take them to another America's Best and have them at least fitted better. Yeah so next time anybody who goes there with the Lions club voucher make sure that you get your needs met because I guess because I had a voucher that they didn't feel like they had to help me or ask questions or even answer my question. I really felt like an idiot a total idiot I walked out of there really unhappy I can't believe that literally 3 Ladies walked away from me without asking me If everything was okay I guess because they already got paid. I didn't get their names I wish I would have but they know who they are. The Lions club thank you for The voucher you did it right away and it's been good all this time, and I really wish I would have took my time when I was picking out the glasses because one of the frames are just way too big .I really a apologize because I don't ever give bad reviews but I don't ever really get treated like that either I mean when it comes to something that's important or just period.I was really unhappy with them and I'm really unhappy now with my my glasses. Once again thank you to Lions Club . To the people working at the America Best eyewear around Quebec you totally made my Chance at picking out great frames very uncomfortable and very frustrating. Y'all need to have a little bit more patience with people ask people questions and not be so rude to certain people. I felt singled out my glasses I feel are ruined. I mean Even the lady that helped me when I was first picking them out could have been a little bit more communicative and you know said maybe those are too big maybe those are too small something but she also was very short with me . That is your Ladies profession that your job I would think that you guys would do it with more sincerity at least you know better customer service apparently not tho.Thank you for the regret of going there and wasting my chance at having the best glasses I could've.

America's best on Quebec in Denver performed my annual eye exam yesterday. They were absolutely amazing! Josephine, the manager was warm, friendly, and inviting. Jesus gave me the best explanation of what he was doing as he measured and imaged my eyes. Dr. Finch was warm and friendly as well. We discussed what contact lenses would be best for my situation. Shantel explained my options and prices succinctly. A great experience!

Dose not take walk in. No one is in here. They don't close for a few hours. Every single staff member out front got the cell phone out. I was told they are too busy for a walk in I came in before 4:30. I was in the store for over 1 hour and 30 minutes with my husband. The manager is talking trash about employees that are not here. You have your cell phone reading my review and talking about it front of my face when you supposed to be looking up the insurance for my husband's glasses. You left us to show the other employees the review on your cell phone and went over how you are going to tell the boss it was a lie.

I had been putting off going to the eye doctor after two previous experiences elsewhere resulted in incorrect prescriptions and a complete waste of money. When I couldn't delay it any longer, I looked for an option near the Northfield area and was able to get an appointment within just a few days. The office was a bit overbooked the day of my visit, so there was a wait, but it actually worked out well--I had plenty of time to browse their impressive selection of frames and narrow down my choice. When I met with the doctor, I never felt rushed. They took the time to listen and thoroughly discuss any concerns I had, which was incredibly reassuring. By the time my exam was finished, I knew exactly which frames I wanted when I sat down with an associate to finalize everything. Despite being interrupted multiple times by some extremely rude customers, the staff remained calm, professional, and patient throughout the process--truly impressive. If I had been in a hurry, it would have tested my patience, but the team handled it with grace. I picked up my glasses on Saturday, and the prescription was perfect--I can see again! They made a quick adjustment, and I was on my way in no time. Thank you to everyone on the team. Overall, it was a positive and reassuring experience, and I'm confident I made the right choice coming here.

If you're considering this America's Best location, consider this your warning. I've used America's Best before, but this was my first visit to this office, and it will definitely be my last. I waited over an hour for a scheduled exam, which seemed to be entirely due to how chaotic and inefficient the front office was. I want to be fair and say the doctor, Dr. Raymond Finch, OD, was excellent. He was professional, patient, and genuinely cared about doing his job well. He honestly deserves a much better staff to support him. Everything fell apart at the front desk. The first employee I dealt with, Linda, seemed confused and couldn't understand very simple requests. After trying repeatedly to get things resolved, I had to ask to speak with a supervisor. Only then did Josephina step in, and even that took effort. She was perfectly content watching the situation from behind the counter in between swipes on her phone until she heard the word "supervisor." Once involved, she was rude, dismissive, and clearly not equipped to handle basic customer service. They never pulled my insurance information and instead expected me to pay full price. That could have been avoided by asking one basic question at check-in, but fixing their mistake turned into a long, unnecessary ordeal. What really stood out, in the worst way, was the lack of teamwork. There were more than five employees standing around the front area watching everything unfold, and not one of them stepped in to help. No urgency, no accountability, and no concern for the customer. The overall attitude felt cold and unprofessional, like helping customers was an inconvenience rather than the job. I explained multiple times that my order needed to be placed that same day because my insurance was about to change, and that I wanted to use my full insurance benefit for my glasses. That's a pretty common request. Somehow, it was either ignored or misunderstood, and they did the bare minimum just to move me out the door. When I looked at the receipt later, it wasn't what I had asked for at all. After getting home and realizing how wrong everything was, I called back to try to fix it. After being placed on hold multiple times and waiting over ten minutes again, I decided it wasn't worth any more of my time. I went to another doctor's office less than a mile away and had everything handled correctly and professionally, with my insurance fully maxed out and zero confusion. My advice: save yourself the time, frustration, and headache. Go literally anywhere else. This location is poorly managed, and until that changes, you're rolling the dice on whether your visit will be handled correctly.

I went in last month for my eye exam and it was first time using my HSA card. Shantel was very helpful and explained how my insurance and benefits work. Throughout this time she was having computer issues and was very apologetic that the appointment took longer. I assured her it was ok and appreciated her and we got everything squared away. When I went in to pick up my contacts there was a mix up and she again apologized for the mistake. I again assured her it was all good and that it was a misunderstanding. I know she probably sees so many people throughout the week/month. I felt like a valued customer when she remembered who I was and again apologized. She was very nice and professional and I can tell she cared. Just wanted to shout her out for her work ethic.

Staff is amazing!!!! The gentleman on the phone was great. It's not his fault THIS LOCATION DOES NOT HAVE A DOCTOR!! Tech does the stuff, then they have to send it off. 2HRs minimum with this process. If you're fine with this, have at it.
