Such an incredible experience! Dr. Kokx was very thorough in his preparation for my LASIK surgery and the procedure went just as he had said- super easy! Dr Kokx, I will have to say, is the most amazing surgeon I have encountered. He does an absolutely fabulous job taking care of his clients needs, no matter how big or small they may be. He made sure throughout my entire LASIK consultation and procedure to explain everything that was happening, which in turn kept me feeling confident during the entire process especially while in operating room. Dr Kokx is hands down the best!

Dr. Kokx was incredibly helpful, professional and lovely to work with. My recent Lasik procedure was smooth and he explained each step in detail. Prior to the procedure he held a thorough exam to ensure that everything was right for the procedure. Dr. Kokx also scheduled follow-up appointments to verify that all was progressing as expected and answer all of my questions. I'm so happy with the results. The level of personal service and attention to detail was exceptional. I would recommend Lasik with Dr. Kokx to anyone.

I did not have a great first visit. One of the front desk staff members was very abrasive and could not clearly explain my $200 charge (before even being examined). I also waited 40 minutes after my appointment time to be seen. Dr. Kokx is nice and professional, along with his physician/medical assistant. However, the one prescription that I needed ordered did not get received by my Walgreens pharmacy and when I tried (on a Friday) to get back in touch with Dr. Kokx's office I was unable to get a call back without demanding to speak to someone on-call on my second attempt, after not hearing back from anyone the first time. Dr. Kokx's colleague, Dr. Conahan, who was on-call was very helpful.
Dr. Kokx did eventually call me (that same evening) to rectify the above experience and make sure I got my prescription, which was appreciated.
