The office called my cellphone numerous times leading up to my appointment despite my confirming it multiple times. They also repeatedly tried to move the appointment earlier even after I spoke with them and explained that I was unable to do so. When I arrived, they would not listen to the reason for my visit. Zocdoc only allows you to choose from pre-filled reasons, and although I selected "eye infection," I was actually seeking evaluation for persistent vision changes after completing antibiotics for an infection over a month ago. I attempted to explain this when I arrived, but I overheard a technician say, "We aren't doing an eye exam if there is an infection--obviously your vision will be messed up if your eye is all irritated." At present, my eye shows no signs of infection. If they had taken a moment to listen to my explanation, that would have been clear. After hearing that comment and realizing I would not be provided the evaluation I came in for, I chose to leave. I will be following up with another practice that takes the time to listen to and appropriately care for their patients.

The staff here is amazing! Nevaeh was very knowledgeable and kind, making the whole experience smooth and easygoing. Dr. Brock was also very good and was able to treat me quickly and efficiently. Thankfully, it was nothing too serious and I was able to be in and out but without feeling rushed.

They have no regards to your time. It took more than 1.5hr on my first visit to see the doctor. My follow up visit took more 1hr to see the doctor. Disappointing medical practice. I have no comment on the doctor herself but the way the practice makes the patients wait such long time is not acceptable.

I am constantly impressed with the high level of care, professionalism and courtesy that I experience when I visit Associates in Eyecare. My first visit to the office occurred in 2017 when Dr. Kruger was on-call for my former ophthalmologist. I had an eye emergency on a Sunday during a holiday weekend, and Dr. Kruger offered to meet me at his office, which was closed. He addressed the problem, giving me immediate relief, and couldn't have been kinder in the process. I switched my eye care to Dr. Kruger after that and have been extremely happy with all the expert care that he has provided since that initial visit. I have also had wonderful interactions with the staff. In particular, Marla has gone above and beyond anything I could have ever expected in assisting me with various issues related to my eye care. I am extremely grateful for everything she has done.

Dr. Kruger is the consummate professional. He made me feel very comfortable and thoroughly answered my questions and addressed all my concerns about my cataract surgery. My vision has improved tremendously and I am thrill with the results. The staff and technicians are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Dr. Brock is amazing! She really took the time to hear my concerns and give me a detailed eye exam! Staff was very friendly as well!

I highly recommend Dr. Kruger. I recently had my cateracs removed. Dr. Kruger explained everything about the surgery and what I had to do post surgery. It was so easy and I was completely comfortable. The staff was great. Very professional and nice. I'll be recommending Dr. Kruger to all my friends & business associates.

If eye surgery is in your future, you will be in good hands with Dr. Kruger. He is a great eye physician and surgeon and is both professional and personable. Both Dr. Kruger and his staff are respectful of you, as a patient. I would recommend Dr. Kruger to anyone seeking the very best eye care possible. I had a caring nursing staff in the Rose Medical Surgical Suite at 4999 East Kentucky. On the day of surgery, everyone was very friendly and continually checked on how I was doing. I had great follow-up care with Dr. Kruger. I was extremely anxious about surgery and had known for several years from Dr. Stuart Frankel I would need cataract surgery. Dr. Kruger explained post-operative instructions and addressed all issues that may arise. I was prepared for what to expect and what could be complications following surgery. I had the best surgical outcome with Dr. Kruger and cannot say enough good things about Dr. Kruger and Associates in Eye Care.
