I think this is the first time in quite sometime that I've had a medical appointment, and I've had many in the last year, where I felt 100% confident about everything I was told. Dr. Rachel Lewis. Wonderful woman, smart practice, everyone is super helpful and pleasant in a time in life when it's easy not to be. She helped me solve a really kind of distressing ocular disturbance that I've had for over three months and she figured it out in about five minutes. Highly recommended

I've been to many ophthalmologists across the country. Cherry Creek Eye Physicians is by far the best. Dr Lewis terrific. And the entire staff, who do thorough and careful testing, are a pleasure to deal with. I'm so glad I found Cherry Creek Eye Physicians!

***Buyer Beware!*** I had called several eye doctors about a specialized condition to find out if they were able to diagnose. This office said they were and set me up with an appointment. It was a 45 minute drive but I was willing to get more education about the condition. On the day of the appointment, it began with a 45 minute wait in the waiting room then 45 minutes waiting on the optometrist. The hour and a half drive along with hour and a half appointment made it so I did not make it back to work in time for my extended lunch I already prepared for. A nice lady took a picture of my eye and performed the exam that was not the optometrist. After the 45 minute wait, the doctor arrived and said he had not heard of the condition I specially called to book an appointment about and said he's not sure who would have told me that he could. I was already super anxious about the appointment because of medical anxiety and symptoms being dismissed which is how I felt after he left. I got a new prescription and while checking out I had asked the assistant if a PD was on my prescription. This is a required figure for buying glasses online and eye doctor offices know that's why you want it. I then got lectured about how I shouldn't buy glasses online and they're not made by professionals like the shop in the building. It was not a great experience at all and I rushed back to work. Well the headaches didn't end there when my bill showed up saying I owed a large amount even though I had vision insurance. When I called the office they informed me my exam "turned medical" so they billed my medical insurance. I do remember I signed a paper they would use it if needed which I did not have a problem with if I was able to get help for the condition I originally was concerned about. So this was extra frustrating considering I felt dismissed and told that I just need a new prescription and I'll be good to go. When I asked for details about how this turned medical, I was informed at the end of my appointment I discussed my dry eye condition with the doctor and he provided me with things I could do in order to help. This never happened in the appointment. When I informed the billing specialist she basically called me a liar saying they have never had a mistake of notes in a chart being part of the wrong patient. I was told she'd speak to the assistant and call me back. I never heard back until I got another bill indicating I was past due. I called the billing department again and this time I was met with a helpful individual that explained booking with a MD, the appointment will most likely turn medical because his time is valuable. This is all fine had I been informed of this ahead of time when I first called, or if he provided any sort of medical help with my symptoms. This is when I found out the copay I paid during my visit was not a copay and instead was to pay for the picture they took of my eye instead of dialating my eyes. I was never provided a choice during my appointment so again this hidden charge was frustrating. I hadn't been to an eye doctor in a decade and was already nervous. So when I was treated like a number and provided little-to-none information about choices and costs, it made it the entire experience awful and I would not do again. The reason I am giving two stars instead of one is because the prescription was accurate and the final billing lady was able to finally get things fix for me.

Dr. Lewis & his entire staff are very punctual, friendly & accomodating. I had cataract replacement in both eyes, choosing mono vision at Harvard Park surgery center. Dr. Lewis took the time to explain my options in detail, so I was able to make the right decison. I would absolutely recommend this clinic to anyone searching for the best eye care.

I've been a patient here for several years and I will not be returning. The wait times here are absurd - 2.5 hours from arrival to departure for a basic eye exam? And this has happened three times now. The physician herself was extremely curt and cold, didn't listen to my feedback about my vision concerns and told me to take supplements that they sell to address my concern. My daughter was being examined at the same time and had more positive feedback about the physician she saw, but also feels as though she wasn't listened to or her specific circumstances considered. There are too many choices in care to deal with the issues with this practice. I sent feedback directly to them to offer the opportunity to discuss, but six weeks later, no response.

As always CC eye ph n surg , are very professional polite and extremely supportive n nice.. Ive been threw very tragic situations with doctors n hospitals, n they're Staff. PERSONALLY CC eye care are the Best of all..Made a appointment got seen same day which is amazing. And staff n doctor were very attentive n kind which I haven't experienced with major hospitals.,

The office is professionally run and very efficient. The care I received was superb. The medical assistants and Dr. Lewis was the best. Can't say enough praise for this ophthalmology practice.
