I guess the only thing I would improve on is the Specialist gave me no prognosis of my condition. I would have liked to have learned more about the chances of my vision returning to normal or what it was prior to this incident. Otherwise, the process was orderly, and I was treated respectfully. The Doctor was professional and clear as to his recommendations. Thank you

Dr. Zheng was very professional, courteous, patient and thorough. He provided an excellent examination, explaining each step and then provided an overall explanation of his findings. He then gave me symptoms to watch out for in the days ahead with instructions to call immediately if any of the symptoms manifested. Great care!!! Well done!!!

The doctor didn't really go over anything with me. Just dictated what he saw. I asked for a note for my employer, and they put it on document that had information about my surgery. It was not addressed as "To whom it may concern" It was in the middle of the information on my eye surgery with my eye doctor's name. I wasn't real pleased with this facility.
