I had a fantastic visit from beginning to end! The two staff members at the front desk were kind, knowledgeable, and full of energy! They made sure I felt welcome and comfortable. During my exam, everything was clearly explained, and everyone was super helpful and professional. I can't recommend them enough!

This was my most enjoyable vision exam experience yet thanks to the tech who helped me through the initial testing portion and Dr. Moore. Both of them clearly care about doing a thorough job, and they were very personable. Dr. Moore was glad to answer my questions, and I never felt rushed. Based on prior optometrist feedback, I thought there was no hope for sharper vision using my contacts. Dr. Moore took the time to adjust my prescription and made sharper vision happen for me. He may be new there, but he deserves a bonus for being awesome. I wish I got the tech's name, but I appreciate her very much as well.

*THIS OFFICE DOUBLE BOOKS TO MAXIMIZE PROFIT* I have been going here for years and years and decided to change practices today after I learned how they truly operate. I showed up to my appointment on time and was made to wait 30 minutes. They collected my new insurance, ID, etc. I was then told I needed to reschedule because I had never confirmed my appointment, a policy listed no where in any messages I've received from the office. I have been debilitatingly ill and had to have my partner drive me to this appointment, we carved time out of both our busy schedules to have the decency to be on time. The office had no care to let me know my appointment was at risk of being cancelled, they just filled it with other patients. Attached are all messaging I have regarding this appointment, at no point does it say a confirmation is required. To a busy individual, these read as reminders. I will not be back.

No waiting, the Dr was right on time. Very professional , lots of expensive machines that made professional noises. Instilled confidence that he knows what he's doing. I left with a much more fine tuned Rx then I'd gotten at other providers over the years. Highly recommend.

The eye exam process seemed quick and easy. It'll be a week or 2 before my new glasses are in but I'm looking forward to being able to read standard print again. There was one point during the exam that I said "WOW" because I was surprised that I could read such small print. I've been due for new glasses for a couple of years.
