Dr Manning is great! I don't think I've ever been seen on time, even first thing in the morning. I almost always have to wait 15-20 minutes to even get my appointment started, and more than 30 mins to see the doctor. It would be great if they could figure that out.

I could not rely on this office to provide compassionate, patient-centered care. I called to make an appointment and it appears that the receptionist was encountering a problem with their computer. She promised to contact me the next business day to confirm the appointment, but did not have human decency to follow through. As a consequence, I reached out to report the receptionist's behavior to the clinic manager. I was met with a DISMISSIVE ATTITUDE AND APATHY, leaving me with no trust in their integrity or competence. I also take umbrage to the diagnosis of my condition because it is NOT consistent with my symptoms. In fact, no other ophthalmologist has ever diagnosed me with this condition. The clinic mgr stated that "we do not have time to scheduled appointments during the day because we are taking care of other patients". Just really nasty. Mind you, I reached out in good faith to give the manager an opportunity to address the matter, and, I was treated poorly. I gave them 24 hours to schedule the appointment, which is more than reasonable. This lack of follow through was not an isolated incident. On another occasion, I was expecting a call from the surgical coordinator to schedule surgery, and, the call never came. I deserve a high level of care, which I am confident Eye Center of Colorado cannot provide. Avoid at all cost.

I love Dr Michael Miller! I've been going to Dr Miller for several years and have had a wonderful experience with the Eye Center! He corrected my 65-year-old very cloudy vision by removing my cataracts in a painless easy operation that completely restored my sight. He is careful and very caring as well. The staff at the Eye Center is always helpful and courteous. I look forward to my visits to this office. Thank you Dr Miller!

Dr. Manning was so nice and professional. She was very thorough with my eye exam and she even dressed cute. I hadn't been for my annual check up in a couple years and she didn't shame me for that like most specialists would. She just said let's get you seeing the best you can. I highly recommend, great experience overall.

Dr. Miller is friendly, intelligent and speaks in a language everyone can easily understand. He is up to date on the newest treatment and makes them easily available to his patients. He also takes time to answer my questions without having at least one foot out the exam room door. Also the doctors have taken the time to employ intelligent friendly people. Thank you for being so understanding and answering all my questions and not pushing me to make a immediate decision. Everything group and all of its members need to practice medicine like Dr. Miller.

Sabrina at the office called to verify information that I was told would be taken care of between scheduling and the appointment. The conversation kept feeling as if I was being demeaned by the insurance I have or she thought I had and when I explained I wanted to cancel our appointments, she asked if "I would like to speak to my husband so I know what type of insurance we have"...as if I was inept. Granted, I hate insurance specifics and never care about insurance details other than having it and being well-covered. Regardless, this conversation raised my anxiety level, made me feel as if I did something wrong and it made me feel glad to cancel.

Jessica was amazing! In fact so is the entire staff and doctor! I would trust this office over any other in the area. They know what they are doing, care about you as a patient, and Dr Miller will go out of his way to ensure you get what you need! I recommend them highly and I've been to A LOT of eye places!!

I have nothing but love for these folks. My husband messed up his eyes , in part by getting grit under his contact lenses. The Dr's here were able to treat him with the medicine and therapeutic dressings such that his eyes healed rapidly and completely. In the course of his treatment he saw several doctors and staff, they were all great. I started going there myself after that, I was so impressed.
