First time at this practice today - I was ten minutes over the grace period for late appointments, and they accommodated me for an appointment an hour later. Which was incredible, because I really needed new contacts. Dr. VanDan was incredibly pleasant and personable, and Maha helping me checkout made the entire experience so worth it. She had me laughing but also was very professional and helpful in helping explain the rebate process to me. Definitely going to switch to this office. Happy holidays you guys.

Wonderful, caring, above-and-beyond staff! I had a 5pm appointment the other day, which ended up going past closing time because I had so many questions about migraine glasses, which Mary was so helpful in answering. Mary and Justin stayed past closing until about 6:30 just to make sure I got everything I needed and got my glasses (a new pair of regular glasses plus migraine-lens glasses!) ordered. Shout out to Mary and Justin -- superstar employees!! <3 Super grateful for caring, compassionate human service.

Steer Clear! I decided to try this place as I was looking for a place to switch to and so I went there for the exam and purchased 2 pairs of RX glasses. Well, about 4-6 months into wearing the glasses and I managed to scratch the left lens only pretty bad. So, I called them and asked if they would be able to replace just one lens since I didn't need both done. The man said no they cant just make one lens they can only do 2, but he said he would check to see if I purchased insurance. I told him I didn't even that was an option because the salesperson didn't tell me about it. I told him that I absolutely WOULD have if someone told me about it. For me to fix my glasses it will cost me $130 when I already paid close to $200. If I had the insurance I wasn't told about but would have purchased without a doubt, it would cost me about $40 or something like that. I called the store and left a message. No return call back. I submitted a ticket via their website. Never heard anything. What a joke.

I have been waiting for my glasses since december. First my lenses where broken in transit or at the store and nobody bother to let me know. until I called asking for them and cc was told the lenses were broken. So then they had to reorder. So I waited now it's january I broke my frames I had for my lenses I needed to reorder frames So I ordered my frames she said two weeks great called back in two weeks and to my surprise they were not ordered. So know i'm still waiting. Hopefully they did order this time. ???? l

I am truly grateful for James and the lady that helped me today she was very in tune of my disability and took her time even though everything was swiftly and I was out of there with my amazing glasses. James you did a really good and made a good choice, for a minute I almost forgot what they look like but they look even more better. Thank you for your knowledge and awareness I just wanted you to do whatever I trusted your judgment and you made a good choice. The cons no longer matter because if you give the staff respect, and give respect back it is fulfilling at the end

I had an excellent experience at this eye care office. Mark Ciesielski brought a wealth of experience in helping me choose glasses and understand my options, making the process easy and smooth. Aaron Lahoud was friendly, attentive, and very helpful as my eye doctor. The check-in staff were also welcoming and efficient. Even kind and friendly during pickup. Highly recommend!

Had my first experience here a couple weeks ago for an annual eye exam. Great experience in store. However they doctor advised I tried out some new contacts for a couple of days before deciding to order or not. I have since called the clinic everyday to put in an order for the last couple of weeks, no one has ever answered the phone, I have left many left voicemails, and never gotten a call back. Very frustrating since I am at a stand still with being able to order my new prescription and the clinic is not conveniently located for me. Partially writing the review in hopes that the staff finally acknowledges me and calls me back since I am not sure what else to do in order to get the care I need.

Great experience again here. Went to get my vision checked since I have insurance. Alex was awesome over the phone with helping verify my coverage and booking an appointment. When I showed up for my appointment, all the staff members I interacted with, including the optometrist, were nice, helpful, and explained the process. Mary was extraordinary with helping me pick a frame and she went into detail with what add-ons I can choose from and get the best deal. I mainly love the blue light filter since I wear glasses when using the computer to prevent migraines. I really love this location and you don't waste half of your day for an appointment.
