Brenda is awesome. We have been seeing her your years and has always done everything to help. Dr Hanson is one of a kind as well!

I had an appointment July 6. Picked up glasses and and they were all wrong. I was promised a white lens not colored indoor and worst of it I put them on and I cannot see, I cannot focus and get dizzy right away. My mother had same experience. Very expenses lenses. I asked late August to just give me the original lenses back I could still see much better before. A month later Brenda who never called me, so late September sent glasses back when my husband went there with the same wrong lenses. She said she doesn't have my mother's after 2 and 1/2 months. I am still waiting 4 and 1/5 month later to hear from her about when my mothers glasses are ready meaning just put the old lenses back because we cannot see with the new prescription. And when my old lenses are ready to pick up. I spend 1500 dollars in that office and no glasses to see. I tried to call Brenda a few times and she is rude and has no answer for me. I wonder when and how to get my mother's glasses back and and my lenses. I am 61 yo. Ive had glasses since I was 13 yo. I've never had such a horrible experience in an ophthalmology office.

The doctor here is 100% amazing how ever there is a tall blonde sholder long haired receptionist who tried to get me into trouble with the cops and the old management at rhe 850 and 950 e Harvard buildings all because she thinks she's all that she rude and she shouldn't be working for this company I'd stay away from here unless she gets let go. Dr Stanley is a great doc but the 1 gal at reception just needs to move elsewhere or get fired STAY AWAY!!!

Had another great encounter with FRFEC. Brenda in particular, is fantastic with customer service. I am a veteran who gets vision care through the VA. I prefer to do business with the FRFEC because Brenda coordinates with the VA seamlessly and takes care of any eye care/glasses need that I have. Thank you!

Dr. Hanson and Brenda are absolutely fabulous. The new owner "doctor " Godfrey is absolutely awful and rude.

The staff is very unprofessional and rude to people with certain disabilities I was there with a friend and the way Brenda was acting towards me was just totally unacceptable

The skilled and personable staff here is exceptional and has been for decades. The doctor is talented, knowledgeable and an excellent listener.

Great office! The Dr. and front-desk are amazing! Always willing to help out and would recommend.
