I went here to get my Rx safety glasses, I had the pleasure of working with a girl named Vanessa, she was awesome. She answered all my questions and did tell me that they could take up to 7 weeks to come in, but they was in, in a few weeks. When I went to put them up, I had another pleasure of working with another lady I forget her name, but she, also was great. even told me the process if and when these Rx safety glasses get too scratched up and I need to get them replaced. So, I delt with two people at this location and both, was simply awesome. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

I had changed insurance last year and was under the mistaken assumption that I Care Vision was in my plan. Sad to say, I had to go within my plan guidelines and was quite disappointed. Suffice to say, I am back in familiar surroundings. I thoroughly enjoy the professionalism of I Care's staff with the personal care that Dr. Valenzuela afforded me as a patient. I won't go elsewhere in the future.

My experience was particularly good the day I was there as soon as I walked in the door getting my information so I could get into the examination appointment quicker and then once I was having my eyes examined the care and gentleness of the staff was noticeable. They were very good at what they were doing. I hadn't been to an eye doctor in a very long time and it was a relief to go in there and be taken care of with such skills.

I've been coming to I Care for my vision needs for about 10 years. I'm always treated kindly and the process is smooth. I appreciate the doctor's and their way of explaining important information I need to know. As well as the staff that are always professional and helpful

I absolutely love the staff! They are so helpful. Doctor Valenzuela is wonderful and treats you like a patient not a number on a file. Jen was so helpful with helping my me and my sons with helping us choose the perfect frame for shape of our face.She treats you like your family and wants you to be happy with your choice. I would highly recommend this place if you want to be treated right.

Not a very pleasant experience with one of the girls at the front counter. When I walked in I told her I was there for my 11:30am appointment. It was 11:03 was early to fill out my paperwork. Immediately she accused me of being LATE!!! I repeated to her that my appointment was not at 11:00 but at 11:30 she proceeded to tell me no you are 3 minutes late without verifying my name or anything. Gave me the wrong form to fill out, until another young lady proceeded to ask my name, the first girl was like "oh you are not Jenny?" Very very rude and unprofessional, my sister and daughter stopped going here because of rude experiences with front desk personnel. I continue to go because of Dr. Valenzuela, but honestly if I encounter another experience like today I will stop going.

Dr. Valenzuela is an incredibly skilled and caring eye doctor. I have extremely sensitive eyes and she patiently helped me find the right contacts, researching and providing trials and tips until I found a solution that worked great for me . She also went above and beyond to help me with decisions for cataract surgery and help through recovery. I'm grateful for her and the amazing staff at Icare Vision. Thank you Dr. V

The whole staff was so kind and caring. I found them very helpful and did an excellent job answering my questions and assisting with picking out frames. They have a great selection of frames, made it hard to choose just one! The experience was top notch.
