Dr. Greeley and the staff at icon eyecare were amazing. I came in concerned about some blurriness in my vision. Dr. Greeley suggested a quick, non-invasive procedure that he was able to do right there in the office that day. I had the procedure done yesterday and my vision is already clear and I could not be more happy! I appreciate the expertise, in the quick fix to my issue without any waiting, a reasonable expense, and excellent service.

Nice facility and the doctors seemed good, but I recommend shopping around before choosing Icon.
My girlfriend and I attended a consultation, and while the medical staff were professional, the experience with the practice supervisor was disappointing. She struggled to answer basic questions, gave incorrect information about pricing and insurance, and wasn't very personable.
She was quoted $5,000 and told they would match any insurance discounts, which turned out not to be true. After getting another consultation, my girlfriend received the exact same treatment from a major provider for $4,200 with a $1,000 promotional discount.
She had a more personal, better overall experience with the other provider and was glad that she shopped around.
Bottom line: decent place, but inflexible pricing and misinformation made us look elsewhere. Definitely get multiple consultations before deciding.

I was extremely impressed with Dr. Greeley! He took the time to answer my questions. I didn't feel rushed. I felt like he was very knowledgeable, as well as being kind. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Greeley for your eye exam. As a matter of fact, I recommended my sister go see him for her eye exam. Casen, the assistant or eye technician who did my eye testing was also great! ( I hope I got her name right)

I had my surgery in Lone Tree and then had a concern 2 1/2 weeks later and was seen in the Cherry Creek Office. Dr. Greeley was great. My issues is not with either doctor but with staff, who are not clinicians, trying to give medical advice stating "oh, I don't think what you are experiencing has anything to do with your cataract surgery. It's something else." And, prior to my surgery I had questions, and some concerns and needed further clarification on the options they had offered to me. The office staff was very reluctant to let me speak directly to the physician. Said I could talk to a scheduler. I insisted that I wanted to speak directly with the doctor and I was able to get a call back from him.

He is informative. Only bad thing is you feel so rushed because they make them see like 40 patients a day. So any questions you have you have to talk fast and hope for a quick answer. But he himself is really nice.

Do your research and look around at other places for Evo ICL.
Called this location to get a consultation for Evo ICL. No answer, so left a voicemail. Never got a call back within 24 hours so called again myself. After listening to the longest intro message about how they "care" I spoke to someone who informed me that they charge $185 for ICL consults. Having concerns about how I never got a call back- I then asked how do I go about calling if I have a side effect after my procedure.. to which the answer was you would call this number and we would relay the message to the staff. Additionally, I could not get a firm price on the procedure over the phone.
Called another ophthalmologist- spoke to a real person on the first go. Free Evo ICL consults. Flat rate price that is less than the lowest price ICON gave me.
