I love this place! Staff is so kind, helpful and caring. I found a perfect fit for once since it's hard to find a pair to fit a narrow head usually. They have repaired my glasses and always go the extra mile! Recommend :)

I'm bummed to say that I'm disappointed and frustrated by my experience here. While the staff was initially helpful and friendly, it quickly turned into a frustrating experience when they were ill-equipped to adjust my glasses in a safe and timely manner. They emphasized that they did not have the right tool, but wanted me to be impressed that they were going to order the tool even though it was a tool that they rarely used and was over a hundred dollars. Although they would begin by acknowledging my frustration, the sentences would ultimately end with hoping that I was grateful and understood how well they were reacting and acting. The interaction left me feeling like I was supposed to congratulate them for being ill-equipped and unable to help me, just so they could show me how well they could Later serve me (which they've yet to do). When I ultimately wanted to return my glasses which, prior to purchasing, Adam had made clear they would ensure I was happy with my purchase or they'd make it right--I was told it was non-refundable. This was news to me. I'm out nearly $500 with a pair of glasses that I don't love the look of, that physically hurt me, and that I literally don't and can't wear. When I pushed back, I got the "we're a mom and pop shop, we're just the little guys," spiel. I'm sorry, but how can you be littler than one single consumer, one person? It feels like false advertising and that I'm being left high and dry. I wish I could recommend this place, but I'm sitting in my old glasses, nearly $500 lighter, and being asked to recognize them for how hard they've tried.

I can't say enough great things about my experience. Everyone there was so kind, patient, and genuinely caring from the moment I walked in. They took their time helping me find the perfect frames and made sure I understood everything about my prescription. You can really tell they love what they do and care about their patients. I left feeling confident and happy with my new glasses -- I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an optical team that truly goes above and beyond!

Just completed my eye exam here! Absolutely fantastic experience. Office is full of some of the nicest girls you could meet they were so kind and genuinely so helpful with any questions that I had. I will happily continue to have all my eye appointments here and implore everyone else who needs an eye exam to have it done at Infinity Eyecare of Denver :)

I've had nothing but great experiences so far! I had an eye exam and ordered new glasses with a sunglasses clip and an Avalux clip. Adam was super helpful each time I came in to try on frames, and when I ordered mine, he kept me updated throughout the lengthy production and shipping process. The Avalux lenses have helped a lot with eye strain and headaches caused by the fluorescent lights at my office. I'm glad I got them in a removable clip rather than built into the frames since they are a bit darker than I had expected--they almost look like sunglasses, especially when I'm on video calls. It's nice to be able to take them off when I need to. All in all I'd recommend them for people who suffer with migraines or light sensitivity, and I'd definitely recommend getting them from Infinity!

My experience with Dr. Bistodeau has been amazing! He really cares and explains things well. The staff is also very kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

I've been coming here for my last couple exams and definitely recommend! The entire staff is really nice, Jordan is seriously the sweetest! Dr. Bistodeau is really knowledgeable and takes time to explain and answer questions. The building is uniquely adorable, happy to have them as part of the community!
