Dr. Muylaert and her Team (Ethan, Mary, and everyone) at this office are AWESOME. I appreciated the way they're able to explain complex terminology with the procedure(s) in layman's terms. Dr. Muylaert's credentials speak for themselves (amazing), but I also recommend Insight Vision highly for the patient-centered care and humor along the way. Thanks for being great!

I'd recommend finding a smaller practice where you can get help if issues arise and they care more about patients. I made an appt. for a dry eye evaluation and was prescribed an eye drop to try with instructions to return for a follow-up with their dry eye specialist if it didn't work. The eyedrop wasn't covered by my insurance so I couldn't try it. Over 3 weeks, I spoke to at least 5 different office staff who transferred me to techs (never picked up the phone or called back) who said they would call in different drops: 2 were called in (not covered), 1 never called in (despite saying it would be), another sent to insurance (approved and not called in). No one had any idea what was going on so they said I had to come in for a full new evaluation with the dry eye specialist (... why wasn't I scheduled with them initially?) to get a prescription, even though the first doctor's instructions were to try the drop before seeing the specialist. Basically, they don't care if there's an issue because it's just easier to have you come in/charged again for a new evaluation even when there's no change in your medical status. They also use scribes who they don't even introduce to you (I was a scribe so I know that's not normal) to speed things up. Definitely not going back. [PS: read the other reviews; this is a pattern]

I like my doctor once I see her. But calling the front desk to get appointments or answer Follow-up questions is horrible. They never call you back.

I am extremely impressed with the staff at this clinic. I have never met such skilled ophthalmologists. Additionally, booking an appointment was very easy, and the receptionist was exceptionally friendly. The doctor who saw me was both professional and compassionate. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking high standards of professionalism and care.

Absolutely do not recommend this clinic. I was seen on Monday and prescribed medication. There was a problem with the medication at the pharmacy so I called and left multiple messages, spoke with the receptionist and she said someone would call me back. Three business days went by with no call back. I called and spoke to the same receptionist again and she told me to leave another message. I informed her I had left multiple messages with no call back. She told me she'd personally deliver the message. 24 hours has gone by and STILL no call back. I still have not been able to get the original medication drop or an alternative. Very poor care. Also waited an hour past my appointment time to be seen. Save your frustration and seek care elsewhere

The staff at the InSight Vision Group at the Yale location was extremely helpful checking me in for my appointment and had all the necessary paperwork ready for me to review and sign upon my arrival. Dr. Gupta and her assistants are very professional and addressed all my eye concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Gupta and the InSight Vision Group.

A big shoutout to Dr. Nate Pecha! I have never had such a thorough and comprehensive eye exam. He made me feel comfortable and confident in his care. Dr. Pecha is a master of his craft and the office staff are so friendly! Thanks!

I am very pleased with the InSight Vision Group. I really like the office and also the technical staff. My specialist doctor ,Dr. Thomas Cruise , has been extremely helpful to me and I feel my vision has improved under his care.
