There was a small issue with my order but Krewe went above and beyond in making it up to me. They kept me updated on every part of the process and were always courteous and efficient. Will definitely shop here again!

I've owned several different pairs of Krewe sunglasses and optical frames over the years and have always appreciated their customer service and support, but didn't ever have a reason to write a review until now. I unfortunately stepped on a pair of my optical frames and broke the arm on Tuesday. I called the Denver store that day and spoke with Jonathan, explaining the situation and asking what could be done. Jonathan was so helpful, knowledgeable, and solutions oriented. I was able to go in the same day, pick out a new frame under the lifetime warranty, get the lenses switched out, and was able to wear my glasses again that night. Krewe has always been an excellent brand, but Jonathan's customer service really made me feel valued by the brand and it fixed a major issue for me within the day.

Johnathan and Matthew were AMAZING. My best friend told me to check out this Krewe location in Denver and I am so happy she did. As soon as I walked in, I felt so welcomed by these two. They were so so so kind and made me believe in the power of genuine customer service again. I was able to find my dream tortoise frame (the lighter Melrose frame was the winner) and they supported me the whole way through. I also loved how they were able to so easily express their in-depth knowledge of the brand - I can tell they are passionate for the high quality, so they were able to enthusiastically educate me very well! Staff was so friendly and fun to talk to. I've been a fan of the brand for years, and this was my first time in a retail location. It lived up to the hype! My friend bought a pair of sunglasses. The girl working adjusted the pair, and the guy working offered us local restaurant recommendations. Sunglasses are $$-$$$ but QUALITY and a retail experience for the win!

I have been a longtime Krewe fan. I recently found a few old pairs of my sunglasses that had pretty scratched lenses (my own fault) and I didn't wear anymore. I brought them in and Zach and John were extremely helpful in helping me select brand new lenses (for a reasonable fee!). They took them and will have them mailed back to me at home with brand new lenses. Wonderful customer service!

My wife and I went in to get her sunglasses adjusted and the gentlemen with long curly hair is the best! Y'all rock!

Last year, I joined the KREWE with a crisp pair of BANKS. I was grateful for the manager at the Denver store taking the time to identify a frame that would look good on my face & match my "style" - but better. They are still my favorites, but I added a smooth DANTE frame to start a collection. These frames are such solid quality and such an elevated design, I wanted to share with my community. A few months ago, my mother turned 50 and I wanted to gift her something that would represent how I see her - bold yet elegant. For reference, I live in downtown Denver and she lives in Long Island, New York. Here comes the Denver team coming in clutch again; Zach asked questions to get to know her and style and goals. With just a picture of what she looked like, he instantly had recommendations for my gift. The AUBRY frame in black/shadow was the perfect design. I wanted to take the time to share her words " I love them ma! I cherish them so much". Thank you to the Denver team, shout out to Zach, for providing me the opportunity to give her her favorite gift! (there are four of us kids, she liked my gift the best ). It's a great day to be part of the KREWE.

A really big shout-out for Jon & Jasmine. You put the customer back into customer service. Thank you for focusing on me and making my needs your concern and speedily going to work for a resolution to the issue with the prescription in my Krewe lenses. All with a warming smile and an understanding heart. You;ve touched my eyes and my heart with your service. I can't thank you enough.
