Dr. Zimski is by far the absolute best. She takes the time to listen to your concerns, medical history, and her bedside manner is impeccable. Her staff is the same! Very personal and kind just as Dr. Z is! I am a patient with severe Rheumatoid Arthritis and I developed Sjogren's syndrome about 10 yrs ago. I've seen multiple eye doctors. Each doctor would have a solution or a plan in place, but always came to the point after a couple of visits telling me, "they're not sure what else to do". I was always a guinea pig and being thrown whatever medication they "thought" was best without looking at the full picture. I started seeing Dr. Z in November 2024, and nearly in tears and ready to just ask any doctor to remove my eye. I was not able to live my day to day life anymore. Dr. Z told me she's not going to give up, and she's going to make me better. Within two weeks my eye improved SIGNIFICANTLY! I'm not over exaggerating with this information, she truly made a huge difference in my life! I was able to enjoy Thanksgiving without being in pain FOR ONCE! Although, I have a long way to go, the fact that she took the time to study my current medical condition and send my RA doctor ACTUAL updates. Means she truly cares. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Z! Especially patients with severe dry eyes. She is by far the best eye doctor I've ever had.

I have been cared for by Dr.Zimski and her team for several years. Each visit I have felt heard, and have received expert, professional, and compassionate care. Dr. Zimski gives me hope for living with a chronic eye condition!

Taken more than a couple months to try and get a script written by them even though it's what they suggested. I call to ask if they can send it to my pharmacy they said they would call me back with an update on my prescriptions and have had another week of radio silence. They have no interest in actually helping people they just want to sell you treatments "new treatments that aren't covered by insurance" and selling you retail items like eye warmers, drops, spray etc. This is a damn retail store go to another practice these good reviews are fake.

When I came to Dr. Zimski, I was in terrible shape after having Lasik surgery. She and her team were very professional and explained the treatment to me. The treatment has been successful. I am very grateful to have found Dr. Zimski, who is truly experienced, ethical, and knowledgeable.

Dr. Zimski and her staff take very good care of their patients. It is great to have a specialist in dry eye condition. Dr. Zimski is on the cutting edge of dry eye medical treatment and she makes a great effort to update her knowledge and skills in order to stay on top of advancements in this field. She has a wonderful staff, as well.
